Dear Mr. Naik, This is with reference to the discussion we had , we shall be changing the Payment terms to 60 day wef from 1 st Nov . We will be discussing with our accounts department today and revert today on Discounting scheme for 30 days. However the stronger message from our side is that your delivery commitments are continuously failing and we are losing our Schedules and failing in completion of Indent. Even our Sensor SBU head Mr. Debraj visited you and make delivery plan ,which is also not adhered by your team. Kindly revert us and put extra manpower in bracing and send flanges as per the commitment Waiting for your feedback we need your reply before today afternoon as discussed. Thanks

This is extension to previously we discuss with you regarding payment term & discount facility. At start the business given by you was just of Rs. 1-2 lakhs only. Now you give us very good opportunity. Once again thanks for that. And for this our inventory increases. We invest around Rs. 20-25 lakh amount for tool making as we want to give you quality tool. We also setup exclusive plating shop & press just for you. For this we enrolled around 1 We make big procurement of Raw material & Rs. 1 Crore. We also make big procurement of Raw material. So our fund is blocked & we faced financial difficulties. We have great production capacity. From the decade years of service we provide you products on very competitive rate. Our profit margin is negligible. And also transportation cost is also on hike. As previously your order was in small extent so at that time we was agree for 90 days payment terms. But its not affordable as we faced financial problem. Thats why we want change our payment terms for giving you smooth supply.

Last time we request you to PAYMENT TERM of 30 DAYS INSTEAD OF 90 DAYS which is rejected by you but now we request you Pls make it atleast 60 days from 1-11-

2012. Please do the needful.
