INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT Rain pours down onto the windshield as KATHERINE, a 20-year old mother, grips the steering wheel of her black SUV so hard her knuckles turn white. She turns to the passenger seat where JOSE, her boyfriend, sits terrified. KATHERINE Dont worry baby, everythings gonna be okay. JOSE Your ex is fuckin crazy! I cant... I cant die like this! Katherines eyes narrow as she dodges around several cars at a stop-light. JOSE Jesus! KATHERINE Whats he got to do with this? Katherine jerks the steering wheel as she executes another high-speed maneuver. EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT Katherines SUV is dodging between more cars as she speeds through a dark neighborhood. Behind her is a beat up red Honda Civic. Katherine ramps off of a speed bump and behind her the Civic bottoms out and sparks fly all over the street. INT. RED CIVIC - NIGHT DIONIS, a large muscular man covered in tattoos, turns up the stereo. Nicklebacks "You Remind Me" blares over the busted speakers as Dionis extinguishes a cigarette into his arm, right in the middle of a large tattoo that reads: KATHERINE. DIONIS Bitch! You fucking bitch! This isnt over, cow! Dionis stomps on the pedal and speeds up trying to catch Katherine.

2. INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT Katherine focuses on the street in front of her all. Jose is turned around in his seat looking back at Dioniss car. JOSE Hes gaining on us! KATHERINE Not for long! Katherine pulls the emergency break and turns the steering wheel 90-degrees sending the SUV into a slide on the wet street. EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT Out of the darkness of the neighborhood Katherines SUV skids into the intersection and then takes off heading away from Dionis. Dionis, unprepared for the sudden change in direction and unable to control his car on the wet streets begins to spin out and plows through the intersection and hits a guard rail. INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT Katherine and Jose rejoice and yell having narrowly escaped Dionis. JOSE Haha! Yeah! We did it! KATHERINE See, baby? I told you not to worry. Dionis cant drive for shit. Katherine slows down and begins driving at a more regular pace. INT. RED CIVIC - NIGHT Dionis punishes his steering wheel and screams. DIONIS Fuck! Fucking bullshit, fuck! Dionis calms down and puts his hands back on the steering wheel.

DIONIS Okay, calm down. We can still get the bitch. He puts the car in reverse and backs away from the railing and takes off again speeding down the street. INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT Katherine and Jose are still elated from their escape. Jose is more relaxed in his seat. JOSE Hoo, baby. Those were some fancy moves you pulled back there. KATHERINE Oh that? That was nothing. JOSE "Nothing" my ass! Whered you learn to drive like that? KATHERINE Dont worry about it, baby. The black SUV is sat at a red-light. The light turns greet and Katherine pauses for a moment. The car begins to move slowly through the intersection and we hear an engine rev. EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT Dioniss red Civic lines up and speeds towards the passenger side of the black SUV. INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT The red car rams into Katherines SUV at high speed. The crunching sound of metal and glass shattering and tinkling all over the pavement is deafening. Jose is knocked to the side as his window explodes and glass goes flying all around him. Katherines airbag deploys and knocks her back as well.

EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT The two cars lay stationary in the intersection as smoke billows out from under their hoods. The broken safety glass from both cars sparkles in the street. The SUVs passenger side is completely crumpled, the Honda is still smashed up against it. The drivers side door of the Honda opens and Dionis stumbles out and falls to the ground. INT. BLACK SUV - NIGHT The airbag has deflated and Katherine stirs in her seat. She coughs and turns to where Joses mangled bodies sits held in by his seat belt.. KATHERINE Jose? Baby? Baby? Wake up! She shakes him but he wont wake. KATHERINE (sobbing) No, not like this. Goddammit, no! As she continues to try and revive him her door opens and a bloody arm reaches in and pulls her from the car. EXT. CITY STREET - NIGHT Dionis rips Katherine from her vehicle and slams her onto the street. DIONIS Youre going to pay for this you bitch! KATHERINE Youre insane! Dionis rushes over to Katherine and sits on top of her grabbing her throat with his massive hands. DIONIS Fuck you! No one cheats on Dionis! NO ONE! Katherine coughs and struggles to get free. Dionis is too strong for her. She looks for help but there is no one. (CONTINUED)

With her hands she tries, ineffectually, to grapple with Dionis. Her hands come to rest on one of his pockets and she finds a folding knife. Katherine pulls the knife free of his pocket and opens it and in a flash she stabs Dionis twice in the ribs. DIONIS Ow, you bitch! Dionis releases Katherines neck and grabs at the knife. Katherine is able to slip out from under him and gets up. KATHERINE Leave, Dionis. Before I end you. Dionis and Katherine circle each other. Dionis laughs. DIONIS Im going to enjoy watching the life leave your eyes. Say "hi" to your lover when you seem him on the other side. With a yell Dionis charges at Katherine. She falls backwards and slashes wildly out with the knife. From above we see Dioniss hulking body on top of Katherine but there is no movement. She pushes him off of her and retrieves the knife from his neck. She walks away and heads back towards her car. KATHERINE Its like the RZA said, "Best protect ya neck" bitch. As Katherine reaches her destroyed SUV police sirens are heard and lights flashing as they head to the scene. FADE OUT.
