My responsibilities include Hardware design, development, and testing Project 1)A wife device which can be controlled from an android phone. We use GS1011MEP wifi module from Gain span.A microntroller, MSP430G2022 from TI is used to control this module using AT commands. Wifi module receive commands as UDP packets and the microcontroller parse and decode it .A an analog/digital switch is switched ON/OFF according to the commands. Project2) Water level controller: A PIC16F microcontroller based system which will monitor the water level in the upper tank and switch ON/OFF the pump.
