FLUOR Project Cost Accountant, Greenville, SC, June 2009 April 2013 Accounted for and reported fixed assets per DCAA requests. A daily report was generated in MAXIMO for these assets, i.e. condition, location, PMCS (preventive maintenance checks and services) schedule and carrying value of these assets. Generated monthly report that determined the carrying value of these assets based on whether these assets were leased or capitalized. Prepared Labor, materials and Equipment estimates for the client (federal government) based on the contract and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation). Acted as an Audit Response Team Specialist for FLUOR with the United States Governments Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Prepared detailed cost reports and budget variance analysis reports for upper-management using SAP, Access and Excel.
