Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 89, s. 2012, there is a massive advocacy campaign for the early registration starting ianuary 7, 2013 and the early registration day for Sy 2013-2014 for the new enrollees is lanuary 26, 2013.

lnclosure No. 1 of this memorandum is intended to be used during the preenrolment period to gather data that will help the school heads in making decision on which program to offer per clientele and to address the needs and problems of the schools. The Division/District and school officials are strongly advised to coordinate and seek assistance for advocacies and collection of data and other needed support from Local Government Unit Offices - (Planning Officer, Ba.angay Health Workers, Local Registrar, Sanggunian Kabataan, Barangay Captain and other Officials incharge of Education), BSP, GSP, Rotary Club, Philippine Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, different Church Organizations and other NGOs and National Government
Agencies (NGAs).

Schools are advised to use different forms of local media for advocacy such as tarpaulin display, public announcement, radio broadcast, local TV channel, and other medium.

All Registration forms for kindergarten, Grades 1-6 and Years 1to 4, ADM5 and ALS should be submitted to the Division Office on lanuary 28, 2013 and should be forwarded to DepEd Central Office, Office of the Planning Service (OPS) and Research and Statistics Office copy furnished the Regional Office not later than February 1,2013. Likewise, Division Report on School Needs should be submitted to the Central Office and Regional Office not later than March 8, 2013.
