Carol founded "The Ritz Speaking & Seminars" in 1988.

She has spoken throughout the United States, also in Australia, New Zealand, England, Scotland, Mexico, Malaysia and Puerto Rico. She earned the Certified Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association. Only 12/o of worldwide members hold this prestigious designation. Carol is considered a master at helping managers and employees to build commitment and skills for high performance in these changing times. She prides herself in getting the audience involved, using humor and playfu I interaction. Carol holds a Master's Degree in Change Process from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education, from Youngstown State University.
