Water Activities Water Exercise Classes- Join us for a low-impact workout entirely completed in the water. Morning classes meet in the warm-water pool for a work-out suitable for all ages and abilities. Evening classes meet in the lap-pool and do include entering into the deep end with floatation devices. Morning Time: M-F 9am-10am/ Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6pm-7pm Arthritis Water Workout- This course is designed to be a suitable low-impact workout for anyone suffering from any immobility and inflexibility issues. Gain strength and reduce jointpain with our Arthritis Water Workout offered through partnerships with the Arthritis Foundation. All classes are taught in the warm-water pool to provide maximum comfort. Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45pm-5:45pm Swim Lessons- Lessons are available for all ages and abilities. Parent/Child 5pm, Level I 5:30pm, Level II 6pm, Level III 6:30pm, Level IV/V 7pm. Adult lessons are available pending interest. Time: September 3rd-26th Tuesdays & Thursdays Cost: $40 per session Dog Swim Day- In preparation for our annual shut-down and draining of the pool, we are going to let our facility go to the dogs on August 10th! Bring your water dog if he/she is friendly, able to swim, and vaccinated. Dog lifejackets are allowed, but will not be provided. Humans will need to stay on land. August 10th 11am-2pm Land Activities Senior Fitness: Mon, Wed, Thur10:00am Cost: FREE Zumba- A fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Ditch the workout and join the party with our new Zumba instructor; Kristin! Check out FREE Zumba in the park on July 6th. Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm-7:55pm SilverSneakers Classic Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Time: See Fitness Schedule for days and times. Classes are 5 days a week. Where: Conference Room A Boot camp Workout: Join ex-Marine, Meghan, as she gives you a total body workout that can be adapted to any age and ability. From kickboxing, to yoga, to circuit training, you will never get bored with this great all-around class! Time: Monday/Thursday (6pm-6:55pm), Saturday 10am-10:55am. iCore- This core-focused class will pay specific attention to the abdominals, obliques, and back. Each exercise will be presented with higher and lower intensity options so this class is for all levels of fitness. There will be a warm and cool down portion to this class so you can attend

after Bootcamp or come as a stand-alone workout! A stronger core can improve lower back pain, increase balance, and decrease risk of injuries. Time: Mondays 7pm-7:30pm/Saturdays 11am-11:30am Fit n Flexible- Increase your flexibility. Becoming flexible is a key component of being fit and healthy! In each relaxing 45 minute session, we will work on dynamic & static stretches that target the entire body to make you feel recharged! Time: Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm (Gym)/Wednesdays 7pm-7:55pm (Conference room A) Hi-Lo Aerobics- This class is a style of physical movement designed to increase heart rate and improve oxygenation throughout the body. Hi-low, or high-low, aerobics classes combine traditional, low-impact aerobics movements with higher impact strength-training movements to create a comprehensive fitness routine that supports heart health and weight loss. Wednesday 6pm-6:55pm in College Park Gym Dog Obedience Classes- Dog obedience classes through Community Education will start on August 26th Mondays/Thursdays at 6pm.

Level I - Mon & Thur - Aug. 26, 29, Sept. 3 (Tue due to Labor Day), Sept. 5,Sept. 9, Sept. 12. Level II - Mon & Thur - Sept 23, 26, 30, Oct 3, 7, 10. Both from 6-7 pm. Ballroom Dance- For a good time, join us for the waltz and rumba! This fun class is a beginner level but if you already know the basics, come and work on your styling and technique. Adults and high school students are welcome; couples only. Please wear appropriate shoes. Time: September 4th- October 23rd 7pm-9pm Cost: $80 per couple. Bellydance Fitness- Shimmy till you sweat! Bellydancing is fun and great exerciseincrease stamina, isolate your core, and increase your balance and flexibility. Time: Session I Sept. 4th-Oct. 9th 6:30pm-8pm College Park Library Session II Oct. 16th-Nov. 20th 6:30pm-8pm College Park Library Cost: $6 per class or $30 for a six-week session THERE IS NO PUBLIC SWIM ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FROM 6pm-7pm.
