Judge Chapleau has refened this cause of action to the Mortgage Foreclosure Settlement

Program. This cause has been assigned by the St Joseph Superior Court, Mishawaka Division, to

William Wilson as ,Facilitator,in this matter. The parties and/or their attorney are ordered to
participate in a Telephone Conference on August 16, 201I at 2:15 p.m.

At the Telephone Conference, the Logistical Coordinator will:

Schedule a Settlement Conference to be held at the St. Joseph Superior Court, Mishawaka, Division or at the Facilitator's office, by ORDER of the Court; Obtain from Plaintiff s Attorney the name, telephone number, and fax number of the service*: assigned to the loan; Reqluire the Borower to provide any requested information to the Facilitator at least two $/xeks before the scheduled Settlement Conference; Reqrrire the attendance (either by telephone or in person) of any additional entities/partricipants the Facilitator deems necessary at the Settlement Conference; Require any participant at the Settlement Conference to have full settlement authority;

Confirm whether the Bonower wishes to have a Settlement Conference;

Require the Lender to provide brief description of any and all loan programs generafly availu51" to qualified borrowers. Con:firm whether Borrower is or should be working with a credit counselor.

Plaintiff must be prepared to confirm whether or not the loan at issue is securitized,
