As was detailed in earlier memos, a meeting was held of all leader-activists of the TEA-Party Movement in Bucks County, and

the following resolution was approved for formal presentation to Mike ASAP; statism was replaced by Big Government but, otherwise no changes were made from the prior text. There were six people present [and two in-addition via speaker-phone]; the plan is to meet with him by weeks end, a message that will be conveyed to him by a lifelong personal friend who was in-attendance [and who was given hard-copies of memos CXXI & CXXII to be conveyed to Mike, so that he will have been provided informed consent regarding the specific provisions of ObamaCare that are unnerving]. Diplomatically, a vigorous exchange of ideas occurred for more than two hours; the attendees names have been suppressed [because no formal action was taken], and it is noted that the Independence Hall Tea Party Association/PAC was the only regional TPM-oriented group that declined our invitation.

We have been fervent supporters of Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick for years, having provided time, cognition and money to this honest civil servant. Yet, he has not yet agreed to oppose financing ObamaCare through the Continuing Resolution, for whatever reason[s]. He is threatening to undermine the energies expended by his base, which has provided the door-knocking component that underlies his achievements; indeed, the intensity of the national effort even extends to plans to primary each Republican who attempts to forget that If you fund it, you own it! There is no further information available that will affect any effort to strategize regarding this issue. We therefore hope that Mike will announceimmediatelythat he recognizes the acute dangers of Big Government that ObamaCare would cement into American life and specifically pledge to oppose funding ObamaCare on each/every vote that he will take throughout the rest of his current term.

What is being requested of Mike [in lieu of approval of the above-resolution for formal dissemination] would be a Press Release stating that he has announced he will not vote for any bill/resolution (including a Continuing Resolution) without ensuring that it appropriates 0 monies for ObamaCare; also, we would wish that he would formally announce having signed the Cruz/Lee Heritage-Action

Petition [www.dontfundobamacare.com] being disseminated in the Capitol by Senate Republicans [which a million-plus have now signed]. We reminded Mikes friend of multiple recent events which, individually and in the aggregate, suggest that the adverse effects of ObamaCare have been emerging. We are thrilled that rep-fitzpatrick-gave-the-gop-address this past Saturday, and we suspect that he is quite aware of what-to-watch-for-in-the-ppacas-exchanges; we emphasized the broken-promises that already have occurred and the obamacare_nightmare that promises to explode. Socialized medicine has already prompted British Health Care Predictably to start Running Out Of Money, and we do not blink when Unions now claim Obama & Democrats are to Blame if Jobs & ObamaCare causes Insurance Loss. Recapping the strategy, it is advised that the following Parliamentary Procedure can be used.

HR 2009 [Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013] was passed by the House and could be appended to the CR covering the Treasury Department; HR 2300 [Empowering Patients First] could be appended to the CR covering the Health and Human Services Department; the remaining eight departments could then be amalgamated into one CR and passed [thereby envisioned to be passed by the Senate and signed by the POTUS]. In this fashion, the GOP would not be portrayed as the Party of NO! because it would have adopted [and funded] its alternative-plan, and the GOP would not be portrayed as having shut down government because it would have upheld its duties [per the Constitution, Article I, Section 7] to originate government-funding bills.
