The Recruitment Procedure

MANPOWER SELECTION
We have numerous bio-datas of both skilled and semiskilled candidates seeking an opening in their respective areas of specialization. As a normal practice, we interview candidates throughout the year. Advertisements are also placed in Indias leading newspapers, depending upon the demand. A very thorough scrutiny is made of the Resume submitted by the candidate, and every aspect mentioned in the bio-date is verified. Written test, trade/skill test are also often conducted, to enable us to assess the actual capabilities of the candidate. In certain vacancies, such as heavy equipment operators, machine operators, welders, etc., verification is done by qualified examiners from the government recognized technical institute. The list of viable candidates is short listed, and suitable candidates are selected for the final interview to be taken by the principal or his representative. Detailed medical checkups, which include - chest X-ray, BLOOD/URINE tests, V.D.R.L. test, AIDS test, etc., are conducted by Doctors/Clinics duly appointed by the respective consulates.

DEPLOYMENT OF WORKER
