See http://epltt.coe.uga.edu/index.php?title=Bloom%27s_Taxonomy X Remembering X Understanding X Applying X Analyzing Evaluating Creating Description of how to implement in the class: Instructional software is the term for computer programs designed specifically to give instruction or assist with instructing on a topic. Memory Challenge is a great example of this. It helps the student practice improving visual memory skills that are needed for both reading and math. The equipment needed would be a computer, headset, and the actual software which costs 89.99 for the use of it on two computers. I would use this instructional model as a review for the information covered or as a fun assessment of what the child actually comprehends after discussion or in class practice. I would use it as an individual learning activity or small group assignment. I might even use it as a great motivational tool for getting all of their class work finished. This program includes the ability to track the students grades and progress. I will use the assessment grades as research on if this is really benefitting the students, and if it is not I would not repurchase it. * Examples of common instructional models include whole group, teacher-led, student self-paced, small group, or individual learning activities. Use as many of these descriptors or other descriptors as apply.
