QUOTATION CONDITION

ARCHITECTURAL & METAL WORK I. DEFINITION


1. Main Contractor : Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. 2. Client : PT. PLN (Persero) / Indonesia 3. Engineer : NIPPON KOEI / Japan 4. Subcontractor : Subcontractor who carries out Architectural & Metal work

II. CONTRACTORS SCOPE OF WORK


1. Supply of Concrete (allowable loss non reinforced concrete 2%, reinforced concrete 1%, on site basis). 2. Supply of Reinforced Bar (allowable loss 32 mm ~ 22 mm: 5%, 19 mm and below: 3%, on storage yard basis) 3. Provision of land space only for the Subcontractor s temporary building. The required area shall be informed to the Contractor. 4. Provision of temporary storage yard for Subcontractor s Equipment and Material. The required area shall be informed to the Main Contractor. 5. Access road to work site All resources except above needed for the completion of Architectural Work shall be provided by the Subcontractor.

III. SUBCONTRACTORS SCOPE OF WORK


1. i. ii. General The quotation submitted by the Subcontractor shall be entirely compatible with Quotation Condition. In case the schedule which had been included in Quotation Condition is not abided by the Subcontractor, the Subcontractor shall catch up the delayed schedule without additional cost. iii. The Subcontractor shall provide all temporary facilities including electricity, temporary lighting system, water supply and etc. for the completion of Architectural & Metal work. iv. The excavation of ground where leveled by design level and handed from other Subcontractor and filling to design level will be executed by the Subcontractor.

Measurement and Payment shall be made on the basis in the Specification. If the Drawings do not contain particular materials and works which are obviously necessary for the proper completion of the works, all such materials and works shall be deemed to be included in the unit price stated in the Bill of Quantities for the appropriate items of the buildings construction works.

The Subcontractor shall provide all temporary building including site office. The space for all temporary building will be provided by the Main Contractor. But the reinstatement of these shall be done by the Subcontractor.

The Subcontractor shall responsible for all claims including civil appeals related to Architectural & Metal work The Subcontractor shall provide generators for his own use because no electric power supply from PLSs existing distribution line is available at the Site for construction use.

Insurance

i.

The subcontractor shall insure all insurance against such risks as are specified therein that the subcontractor first enters upon the site for the purpose of executing the work. That is to say the subcontractor shall effects insurance as bellow; Third party insurance Labor insurance Medical(health) insurance Vehicle insurance Equipment insurance National pension

5. Indonesian Taxes, Duties, Permits and Licenses i. The off and on-shore portion of the Contract will be exempted from Indonesian taxes and levies, except for personal income tax(es), levies, duties related to personal items ii. VAT(Value Added Tax) shall be paid by the Contractor.

Duties, taxes and other levies indicated below shall be exempted; iii. iv. Organization Chart and Manning Schedule Site Organization Chart One organization chart shall be provided for the proposed structure, staff members and positions necessary to adequately manage and control the Works. Manning Schedule shall be provided in bar chart format, covering the contract period in monthly horizontally and listing the key personnel vertically. The key personnel are site management and senior supervisory personnel that Subcontractor considers necessary for the Works.
