Read the passage and answer the questions. My grandmother has a vegetable garden. I visited her last Sunday and she proudly showed me the vegetables she grew in her garden. The brinjals looked ripe and purple and ready to be picked. Grandmother gave me a basket and asked me to pick some brinjals and tomatoes. She wanted to make some soup. I learnt that carrots grew in the ground, and so did potatoes and onions. The chilli plant was small but was full of green chillies.
