JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF ENRIQUE GIL

This Judicial Affidavit of Enrique Gil, witness, is executed to serve as his direct testimony in the instant case. This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the office of Atty. Maria Denise Claire C. Marcelo at Unit 7827, RCB Tower, 108 Legaspi St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Questions were propounded by Atty. Maria Denise Claire C. Marcelo and these questions are numbered consecutively and each question is followed by the answer of the witness.

Question 1: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth? Answer 1: I do.

Question 2: Are you aware that you may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury if you will not tell the truth? Answer 2: I am.

Question 3: Please state your name, age address and occupation? Answer 3: I am Enrique Gil, 35 years old, married, and residing at 89 Nakpil st. Manila

Question 4: What is your relationship with Mary Ann Clemente? Answer 4: He is my co-worker.

Question 5: What is your occupation?

Answer 5: I am the Vice Mayor of the City of Manila

Question 6: How is Mary Ann Clemente as your colleague? Answer 6: As her Vice Mayor, I perform the duties and exercise the powers of the mayor in the event Mayor Clemente is not able to discharge the powers and duties of his office. So I have to be aware of the affairs of the mayor.

Question 7: Are you aware of the official transactions entered into by local government of Manila? Answer 7: Yes.

Question 8: Are you aware of the road construction project alleged in Luis Cuadras Counter-Affidavit? Answer 8: No, I am not aware of it.
