Our Free Fitness Week, September 9-14, is the perfect opportunity to discover what you've been missing at the Park District! We offer fitness-based classes for all ages, from youth to adult, and during Free Fitness Week, you can sample a wide variety of our programs.

How To Participate:

See schedule at right for a listing of classes offered during Free Fitness Week and their locations. Space is limited in these classes, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time to sign in and secure a spot. Note that our most popular classes like ZUMBA are very likely to reach capacity, so come early! There is no limit to the amount of classes you can try out during Free Fitness Week.
