Jewel Gold MR & BWR Grade IS 303:1989 During manufacturing of BWR grade Jewel ply, certain preventive and

corrective measures are taken to improve quality, like using selected hardwood veneers of uniform thickness and liquid PF Resin conforming to IS 848:1974. Special preservative treatments insulate the plywood against the attack from termites, borers and other wood pests. Jewel MR grade ISI marked plywood is very popular in the market owing to its unique bonding strength and durability. We take care to bond it with a UF resin and melamine combination. A specific stress-relieving process is employed to keep the product dimensionally stable through a modern tenderising machine Standard Thickness :

Blockboard BWP & MR Grade IS : 1659 Jewel board is manufactured with selected veneers and properly seasoned wood. Boards are treated with preservatives of special quality to resist borer termite and fungi attack. Jewel board has high mechanical strength and is dimensionally stable and warp free. Jewel block board is best suited for load bearing horizontal panel applications. Jewel Marine Plywood IS 710 JEWEL IS : 710 - 1976 is high value added weather proof plywood . It is manufactured from selected hardwood veneer. It is best suited for those who live uses it is bonded at very high pressure and temperature with quality formaldehyde resin of rich solid content confirming to standard of IS : 848 : 1974 strength to this plywood . It can resist boiling water up to 72 hours. JEWEL Marine plywood is extensively use in the construction , repair and maintenance of marine and river crafts . It is also used in Railways , Bus coaches , Truck bodies , Sign boards exposed to sun and rain, Bathroom and other High quality Furniture. We gives it strength by permanent preservative chemical treatment by vacuum pressure impregnation . Shuttering Plywood JEWEL shuttering ply is specially made for construction industries , We give it strength to stand against all condition while it is used in construction of Building , Bridges , Cooling towers , Water tanks etc. It can taught to stand against vibration caused while pouring the concrete. The JEWEL shuttering ply is good for repeated use. Our regular customer says they can use it 12 to 15 times but it is necessary to use it in proper manner.
