Springing into Spring at St. Kitts


St Kitts is looking great, thanks in every way to the people who make it their home. There is no doubt in my mind that teamwork from all residents, and not just owners, is the key to us being certainly the premier residential apartments on Kawana Island, and perhaps the Sunshine Coast. This hasnt happened by accident but rather the combination of Management and the Committee working together with the residents to build that elusive team spirit and a positive attitude.A great example has been the recent garden mulching process where owners and tenants worked side by side to help their Community. Of course, we cant afford to stop the process; we need to nurture the relationships that have been built and increase our efforts across our Community.People power is the key and we will build and strengthen that asset between us. Power is just not conned to people.Recently we started a programme to switch to a bulk electricity supply so that all residents can enjoy a discount of up to 30% on their electricity bill.It is important that we have a 100% take up so that we can all enjoy maximum benets. If we are not all on board it is very difcult to go further. Please note that it is all residents-not all owners-it is who ever the consumer is at the time.

Keep your washing out of sight


One of St Kitts By Laws relates to keeping your washing out of others view. This means not standing your drying rack on your balcony, or in your doorway. There are a couple of persistent offenders. Please save your self the embarrassment of a breach notice

Annual Washdown
Its a year since our paint job started and the contractors will be back over the next couple of months for the annual wash down and paint repair.Keep an eye out for them. Please let us know if any external paint areas need a touch up.
