M.C.Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560 040 do hereby appoint and constitute my Grandson Sri.Ravishankar.N., S/o.Sri.K.V.Nagappa, residing at No.714/A, 10 th Cross, 5th Main, M.C.Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560 040 as my true and lawful attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things for me in my name and on my behalf, WHEREAS, I am not able to attend any public offices or courts due to my old age and in the circumstances, as mentioned, it is necessary and also expedient for me to appoint Sri.Ravishankar.N., who is reliable as my agent to do the following acts, deeds and things. 1) To appear before any office of State or Central Government or Bangalore City Municipal Corporations or Bangalore Development Authority or Bangalore Metropolitan Regional Development Authority or Courts or High Court or Revenue Department to make oral/written statement and to file an objections if any, and to defend me in any proceedings and to receive all communications and correspondence in this behalf.

2) To sign and verify plaints, written statements, petition of claims and objections, Memorandum of appeal and application of all kinds and to file them in any courts, tribunals, government offices and offices of Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore, City Corporation and other corporate bodies. 3) To appoint any advocate/vakil/pleader or any other legal practitioners. 4) To apply courts, offices for the copies of documents and papers and receive them. 5) To apply for the inspection of and inspect records in any public office. 6) To apply for change of katha to any revenue officer of state Government, or B.D.A. or B.M.R.D.A. or Municipalities or Panchayaties and to get the same sanctioned in my favour. 7) To accept the service of any summons, notices, writ issued by court or officer against me. 8) To pay taxes, cesses or any other levies that may be levied by the Government, Bangalore Development Authority or Bangalore Metropolitan Regional Development Authority or Municipal Corporation and to obtain a proper voucher for the same.

9) To apply for sanction of water and electricity to the water supply and sewerage board and to the BESCOM. 10)To appoint the contractors for the construction of building, electrification, sanitary fittings and water supply. 11)The lease out the building if necessary, after the completion to any tenant at reasonable rent and enter into any agreement in this behalf. 12)To collect rents from the tenants and issue receipts and to take legal actions in the case of defaulters. 13)To attend repairs, white washing and colour washing wherever it is found necessary. 14)Generally to do all lawful acts, necessary for the above mentioned purposes in respect of the schedule property. 15)And I hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by my said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney, shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me by virtue of this power of attorney.
