both residential and corporate customers like caller ID with name and
number etc. This is a billing record application.

Responsibilities:

As QA Tester involved in Testing of the application that accesses

Customer Billing application.
Performed system testing, Regression testing and Integration testing
design documents.
Developed positive and negative test data by reviewing requirements.
Developed and performed validation tests to demonstrate compliance with
customer requirements.
Ensuring that different browsers are compatible with the E-billing
application.
Testing the Bill view training site and ensuring that the site is
efficient to train the consultants in e-care centers. This site will
allow consultants to familiarize themselves with all features and
functionalities of Bill view and Bill pay application without working
with a live account.
