CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between: PARADISE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CONSULTANCY, represented by its country manager, Jensen Rex G. Chow (hereinafter called PARADISE) And

________________________________________, legal age, single/married, with residence at _____________________________________________ (hereinafter called CLIENT) WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the above-named PARADISE is the registered legal business entity of Paradise Migration Consultancy in the Philippines; WHEREAS, the above-named PARADISE will conduct migration consultancy business under Paradise Migration Consultancy; WHEREAS, the above-named PARADISE, through Paradise Migration Consultancy, will provide migration consultancy services to the above-named CLIENT under the following conditions: SERVICE INCLUSIONS The services to be rendered by PARADISE, through Paradise Migration Consultancy, are limited to the initial assessment of the visa application to determine if there is a good chance of a visa grant and referral to KAILASH MIGRATION, a registered migration firm in Australia, for visa processing. FEES and CHARGES The CLIENT will be charged by PARADISE, through Paradise Migration Consultancy, the amount of Four Hundred Ninety Five Kinas (K495), as consultation fee. PAYMENT KIND OF PAYMENT The kind of payment for the consultation fee to be made by the CLIENT will be in the form of cash or cheque. In case of cheque payments, the cheque should be made payable to PARADISE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION CONSULTANCY.

METHOD OF PAYMENT Payment by the CLIENT of the consultation fee will be made either in person at the office of PARADISE, or through direct bank deposit or bank transfer into the account of PARADISE. PAYMENT SCHEME The CLIENT is required to pay the full consultation fee of Four Hundred Ninety Five Kinas (K495) upon signing of the consultancy agreement. In case of an unfavourable assessment, the CLIENT will not be required to pay the consultation fee. REFERRAL TO KAILASH MIGRATION Upon favourable result of the initial assessment, PARADISE, through Paradise Migration Consultancy, will refer the CLIENT to KAILASH MIGRATION, a registered migration firm in Australia, with their own panel of lawyers and migration agents, for the processing of the CLIENTs visa application. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT The services of Paradise Migration Consultancy terminate upon referral of the visa application to Kailash Migration.

By signing this AGREEMENT, I hereby declare that I understood the conditions contained therein.
