Mission

WE ASPIRE TO BE A DYNAMIC ORGANIZATION WITH HIGHLY TALENTED TEAM LEADING IN QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS DIVERSIFICATION, THROUGH AN EMPOWERED ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE.

AWP has always strived for over 30 years to ensure producing high quality products and marketing with a deep sense of responsibility and respect for the individual consumers that enjoy AWP products. In Bhutan, there is a growing concern on the social problems and consequences of irresponsible drinking that is increasingly affecting the health of our communities.AWP acknowledge that irresponsible or excessive drinking can cause harm to the individual consumer and others. In a hope to address these concerns, AWP is committed to advocating social responsible drinking to our Bhutanese and other consumers. As a part of AWP's contribution to encourage responsible drinking, AWP's effort will focus on Education and Creating Awareness to promote sensible drinking and combat alcoholic abuse through excessive drinking. AWP will work with Government organizations like Ministry of Health, Royal Bhutan Police and others

in tackling the problems so that individuals take responsibility of their behaviours. Traditionally, Bhutanese in general consider alcohol as simply part of its culture and lifestyle - drinking for enjoyment and celebration. This is the essence of responsible drinking. But alcohol can cause problems when consumption is not controlled. The implication of undue intoxication besides affecting your health can also result to various social problems like family, financial, work, and sexual problems, violent behaviours, etc.Underage drinking and Drink Driving are some important areas that will also be addressed for the social benefit of the community.
