Magnetic particle Testing of Diesel Generator Components such as Piston Pin, Connecting Rods, Rocker Arm, and Gudgeon Pin for finding out the corrosion & flaws. Fluorescent and Non Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection of Grey Cast Iron Castings. Ultrasonic Inspection and Penetrant Testing of Weld Joints in Supporting Columns. Undertook Insitu Metal hardness and Ultrasonic Thickness gauging in Storage Bullets. Internal, External Inspection of Vessels, Tanks and On Stream Inspection (OSI) of plant pipelines and other equipments (Furnace, Boilers & Reactors) In accordance with the company engineering Requirements. Radiography Testing of Castings & Valve Bodies. Ultrasonic Inspection of Raw Materials for various Organizations at various yards.
