Dear Colleagues, On behalf of AOI-Guntur Branch and A.P. State Branch, it's a great privilege to invite you to participate in the 32nd AOI AP State Branch Annual Conference to be held in the fast developing city, Guntur from 13th-15th Sep. 2013. The conference will be held at GMCANA Auditorium, Guntur Medical College, Guntur. The Organizing Committee is making every effort to see this event to be interesting and interactive with Stalwarts of Otorhinolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery as Faculty members. This mega event will be more attractive by participation of Invited faculty 1. Dr. Mohan Kameswaran (Chennai), 2. Dr. Ravi Nayar (Benguluru), 3. Dr. Rajesh Vishwakarma (Ahmedabad), 4. Dr. WVBS. Ramalingam (Delhi), 5. Dr. B. Vishwanatha (Benguluru), 6. Dr. C. Madhusudhana Rao (Nandyal) & 7. Dr. S. Srinivas Kishore (Hyderabad). The academic activity will include 1st day,13-9-2013 of live surgical workshop on Otology, Rhinology/Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Coblation Surgeries and Head & Neck Surgery in addition to Scientific deliberations. Medal Papers for Consultants & PGs, Orations, Guest Lectures, Symposia, Panel Discussions & Invited talks will follow 2nd & 3rd day.. We look forward to an intellectually stimulating conference. The focus of this meeting will be to promote a healthy interaction between delegates and the faculty, thus making the participation enriching the knowledge to all concerned.

General Instructions Those who wish to take part in the scientific programme should carefully mark the competition form properly. Only members of AOI AP State Branch will be allowed to take part in competitive sessions and hence it is suggested that they should contact the Hony. Secretary of AOI AP State Branch for the membership. They should enter their AOI AP State Branch membership number in the form. All the participants should register for the Conference. Abstracts should be formatted in MS Word, less than 250 words and in the fonts Times New Roman. All the postgraduates and DNB residents should enclose a certificate of endorsement from the HOD. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to formulate the rules and regulations for the smooth conduct of the competitive presentations. Any clarifications can be obtained from the Scientific Desk available inside the hall and will be manned throughout. Contact Dr. P.S.N. Murthy & Dr. L. All the presenters should report to the convenor well before the session without fail. The presentation should contain only the presenter's name in the Video and there should not be any mention of the name of institution or place or other authors or HOD's name in the Video Presentation. The Voice of the Presenter can be there in built or the Presenter can narrate himself during Video Presentation. The presentations will be judged in various aspects like quality, Content, relevance, timing and way of presentation. The judges can disqualify a presentation if the presenter does not adhere to the rules. The scientific committee reserves the right to scrutinize the Videos on the basis of content and limit the number of Video presentations. The Video Presentation should be the original work of the Presenter. The judges decision is final and binding.
