Online banking process will both increase customer satisfaction and increase efficiency of the bank. So online banking process of Janata Bank is not only needed for the bank, but also needed for the betterment of the economy of Bangladesh and for increasing efficiency of Bangladesh government. In the process of online banking of Janata Bank, there are several challenges like infrastructure problem, organizational politics, top managements lack of commitment, bureaucracy etc. They are hindering the present initiatives of online banking of the bank. They made the online banking process slower. Janata Bank management has the plan to expand the online banking activities in the near future. But their activities are too slow. Though they are slowly advancing in the path of online banking, the speed of online banking should be increased. Online banking is giving return to the bank in a short time. Profit of Janata Bank also increases with the process of online banking. The benefit of online banking of Janata Bank will allow the poor people across the country, even in the remote areas to enjoy the benefits of modern banking. All the private banks are quickly online banking themselves at a short time. But government banks cant online them quickly. If Janata bank can online banking system them; it will create an example for all the government banks to follow. Now, innovation in Banking is totally related to IT and online banking. So, Janata Bank should act accordingly to its goals by online banking itself.
