3. All services to be delivered during HP office hours, Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM.
4. Service Center operating starting from 08:00 am until 12:00 PM and 01:00 PM until 04:00 PM.
5. Repair is subject to part(s) availability.
6. Any part(s) replaced will be property of HP.
7. Diagnostic fee (excluding VAT 10 %) is Rp. 50.000 for printer and scanner; Rp. 125.000 for Ploter; Rp. 250.000 for Server; Rp. 100.000
other product.
Diagnostic fee and VAT 10% will be imposed for cancellation
8. Quotation serves as Proforma Invoice.
