I just remember how these children were just like my brother and I, happy, smiling. However, the environment in which they learned in was vastly different, and I wish I could do something to make it better for them. Development Timeline
Five-step strategic plan
Incorporation ARCS has currently filed Articles of Incorporation in Maryland.
Initialization Develop chapters at local MCPS schools. Begin recruiting members and event planning. International Expansion Develop a Chinese chapter to leverage local resources and source donations from local high-net worth individuals.
