5. PROJECT DETAILS 5.1 INTRODUCTION This project entitled as Intelligence Ration Shop Maintenance is to create the awareness among the people and control corruption in ration shop. The public who has to buy the material was unaware of this corruption. In order to avoid this illegal activities. This project has been developing. In existing system all works are done manually so some of the anti-socialist use the name of the people and sell the materials to some other places so the people did not receive their materials allotted by the government. In proposed system, at first the list ration materials was imported to the ration shop and then it can be enter into system which can be store in the database. The stock item and sold item in a particular shop along with customer details which can be updated. Through the messaging system the people will get information about the materials they buy along with their cost they receive a SMS. This project helps to receive all materials that are allotted by the government. 5.2 OBJECTIVE To create awareness among the people about the ration shop materials that they buy using SMS. To control theft by anti-socialists in ration shop. To maintain correct record of ration shop. To provide systematic approach to ration shop.
