Campo Santo "Parque Eterno is a Peruvian organization that has managed to make the most beautiful cemetery in the north of Peru. They provide comprehensive funeral services taking care of all the details, the company have trained professionals, machinery and equipment of last generation, so now it is one of the most reliable companies in northern Peru. They offer their employees different types of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. In the sales area, the workers receive different types of personal and economic bounty. Every month the seller that exceeds the others has special recognition, is made a picture with his picture announcing that was the best seller of the month. Also received words of congratulations from his superiors. In economic motivation, bonus at different supermarkets every 3 months, commissions, salary increases. The company respects the holidays so that workers can spend time with their families, the most important thing will give confidence to workers in difficult situations and also has a good communication.

For Interbank, uses intrinsic motivations to its employees to achieve their maximum productivity and help them achieve their professional development; is the reason why the offer line of career and also they train them to perform successfully on the job. The excellent working environment makes them grow personally and professionally; is the reason why on the testimonies of employees, show satisfaction. On the web page dont detailed if theres a recognition of emotional value for the employee of month or something like that, but if there, so I think it company complies because also has extrinsic motivations as coupons of discounts, happy hour on different places, etc.

3. REPSOL Repsol is an international company that we know its in fuel industry. Like any company has rules and standards which have to do; the staff is the most important piece in the company, because thanks to them the company is successful. In return for their work, the company gives extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. For example, on extrinsic motivations have travels to another country with his or her family, because the company consider that family is very important for performance of the worker, discounts in different restaurants, studies of other career, gifts like professional cameras, TVs, etc. and on intrinsic motivations have, the opportunity to be promote to a best level, congratulations of the manager, put his or her photo in the mural newspaper, etc

In our opinion, extrinsic or intrinsic motivations are important for the worker in the company, because these motivated their spirit work and their performance will be better. At the end, both stand to gain.
