ADDENDUM

Outlining on how Our BC-MMAR Archetypal Structure and Form works from the Grow-op Co-op perspective

PREAMBLE: Our Logenics Program that runs the BC-MMAR is a fully comprehensive, secure, and an analytical logistics platform that can run all kinds of business. 'Fully comprehensible' means from start to finish it has no glitches, and in normal logistics programs, this is normally done by just connecting the boxes in a Lotus 1-2-3 platform [for example] You end up with literally thousands of boxes interconnected to do mathematical functions between one box and the next. The analytical functions of a logistics program is derived by creating paths that mine this sea of boxes and it creates a wide variety of graphs that a business can interpret then use to manage their business better. This analytical side of the program has all kinds of standard tasks that come automatically built into the program when you first get it, because every business uses the same structure to create a daily office financial report [for example] [you can get such a generic program at any computer store for under $500] There is an entire computer service industry that provides business with creating custom mining paths, and this really does increase the capacity to better manage a bigger business, and each business model ends up being customized for originally that 1st customer, but in reality it creates a model for that industry. This development process takes, on average, 6-8 months to set up, and the costs of setting up a good comprehensive program is, [as an industry standard] over $50,000 and it comes with an on-going contract to service /add-to the program. There's lots of competition and no industry leaders when it comes to a POS logistics system [point of sale based computer system for any retail store]. They all claim to be the best, and they work for that customer, because it's easy to create a buy-sell business that gives you daily, monthly, yearly reports

THAT SAID: The competition thins out real quick when it comes to creating a logistics program that runs a factory, or any manufacturer from the raw material up to the end product. Our Logenics program is an internationally 'accredited' program that does just that. The creator of Logenics, has a copyright on a mechanical device(s) cross-bread with our expanded POS called smarti-trax . This mechanical device connects to our Logenics program and it gives this computer eyes ears, nose, touch, smell, weight, etc. In the transportation industry our Logenics program added a motion detector, a GPS, and a cell phone and it became a 'secure/bonded accredited program' that is literally impossible to steal from [for example] We can claim that smarti-trax actually thinks like a robot, and when you connect it to our upgraded POS, it becomes a totally thinking comprehensive enterprise that in our case will run our BC-MMAR program

I make the claim that we are very lucky to have found Logenics because it has a unique feature that no one else can offer. The creator of the computer logistics program has a partner who is an accredited Trustee, who has over 30 years experience at writing and administrating trusts] He claims that he can create our Trusts that will run on our Logenics program. Without this fully comprehensible platform, we could not qualify to create a Pier Trust. I believe in this Trustee, because i know it to be true, when he claims that the bare bones program that is necessary to create a Pier Trust is contained in the Elections Act, and can be initiated by our Quadra EDA Everything is in place for when we get asked are you prepared to pay your taxes? [which will happen any day now under phase-3 of implementing the new MMPR program] This means we can file for a tax ruling, in a Vancouver Civil Court, and if the notice says [for example] comply, in 21 days means we get an answer from this court in less than 21-days, in fact we should be able to get it at the first appearance. This will start a process that our gang of Trustees will MUSTer [similar to what Heather and crew did with the OPPT -UCC trust challenge] that will lead to a genuine Millennium Trust Challenge by spring 2014, and if they want it to happen faster, then be my guest. Our Pier Trust is the creator of a ripple in still waters. Meanwhile [as to the Wizard of Oz] we all board the Good Ship Lollipot, where we all go to the candy shop, and can play till the very merry month of May. - In the process of creating a Pier trust, there actually is a Lion with no courage, Straw-men with no brains, and Tin-men with no hearts in a process that's called civilization. It actually has Dorothy's heals clicking in 3-times for members to get to the Good Ship Lollipot, and again her heals click 3-times and that how many steps there are to set up this Pier trust, under the Elections Act,- The Good Ship Lollipot is actually an offshore international Bank that is registered in Turtle Island, it affect all of Canada immediately and the USA can follow, in 'short order'. In order to create a Pier Trust: there is a birth, then a presenting of the articles, then a death when they dissolve these articles, then a re-birth, then an Assention, then a Redemption that leads to Jubilee. The next phase is literally well explained in the symbolism of going down the rabbit hole of Alice in Wonderland. And it ends with an old myth legend of where The Sword in the Stone unfolds,which was told to the peasants that agreed to the Magna Carta in order that 'we can work it out, so try to see it my way

NOW if that's got your attention, then listen to the Scot Free offer contained in a Pier Trust
It's a Trust term: But this definition fits: Scot free came from a tax that was payable in Scotland many moons ago and if you got away with paying the tax you were said to have got away "SCOT FREE" Most trust terms are not published a lot of what i'm talking about is simply not published, they are in trust.

A Pier Trust can offer protection to a people who are stuck in a bad archetypal form, in order to offer an orderly and Peaceful way out of this trap, created by poor or no provincial regulations When our BC-MMAR Trustee was a Writer /Trustee for OHIP, he personally cleared thousands of case law applications, for sleazy nursing homes, day-care centres, [for example] All they had to do was agree to operate under this new set of rules that were there for the patients benefit, and clean their act up Not one, who crossed over, and complied, got charged, for past wrongs, They all began as if anew, on the day they crossed over to that OHIP Trust offer. This Canadian case law defence falls under Scot free. Our application of a Pier Trust is a lot bigger then i'll press here BUT for any cannabis activist listen up Any one who follows Dorothy's 3-steps of joining our Federal Party, then subscribing to any EDA can then be appointed to be their own 'federal agent' under 'our Quadra federal agency's rules and regulations' and This means you get this 'get out of jail free feeling' BECAUSE any past cannabis offences under the old archetypal form [of this old MMAR] simply are expunged /erased /gone /never existed. AND as long as you don't break our Trust rules and regulations, you simply cannot be charged with a crime from then on. BUT if anyone who is operating under our Pier Trust, gets caught in [for example] trafficking in 'entrusted goods', will mean they face twice the normal sentence for that offence, in a criminal court case.

THE HUGE BENEFACTORS ARE THE GROWERS: [and there are several 'for examples' each a little different] [1-FOR EXAMPLE] All growers who are being dropped by the old MMAR can say 'yes I'm paying my taxes! When [not if] the RCMP come to your grow and ask are you prepared to pay your taxes, under the MMPR?' AND If this MMAR grower is already paid-in and collecting taxes in our Quadra EDA means he is Scot Free, BUT if your not in our BC-MMAR Pier Trust before the axe drops, means you simply face a big lawyer's bill and frankly you created your headache in Civil Tax Court by not being compliant, on the day the MMPR Tax Notice is slapped on you [for example] [This notice is scheduled to be dropped on Oct 1, 2013] BOTTOM LINE It truly pays to become a BC-MMAR grower before the MMPR axe falls, then after. [2-FOR EXAMPLE] All growers who have prenuptial agreements to be in the MMPR can say 'yes we're prepared to paying our taxes! - When [not if] the RCMP come to you with a notice that you are now needing to pay your $300K fee to HC. Then ask the question? Am i bound to comply, or can i go with this new BC-MMAR program? If this MMPR grower is already paid-in and collecting taxes in our Quadra EDA means he is Scot Free, BUT if your not in our BC-MMAR Pier Trust before the axe drops, means you simply have this huge lawyer's bill and frankly if you're opting in after the axe drops means you'll be needing extensions in Civil Court for not being able to be compliant because of a sudden rush of processing applications under Elections Canada or for Co-ops under the Societies Act [for example] BOTTOM LINE It truly pays to become a BC-MMAR grower before the MMPR axe falls, then after because by subscribing to a Pier Trust before the axe falls means this grow-op can stand-under a Scot Free claim or right [3-FOR EXAMPLE] All growers who have never come out of the closet can say 'yes we are paying our your taxes! - When, the RCMP come to your grow and ask are you prepared to pay your taxes, under the MMPR?' AND by just showing them your Federal Agent' credentials and your Quadra tax receipts means this swat team will just turn on their heels and walk away, under stand-down orders that we are dropping on the AG's and RCMP If this rebel grower is already paid-in and collecting taxes in our Quadra EDA means he is Scot Free, BUT if your not compliant on that day means [for example] this swat team will take you down very rudely. BOTTOM LINE It truly pays to become a BC-MMAR grower before the MMPR axe falls, then after because by subscribing to a Pier Trust before the axe falls means this grow-op can stand-under a Scot Free claim or right - As i see it, this covers everyone's sweet dreams of those who want to legalize cannabis as a medicine.

NOW THE AVERAGE JOE WILL SAY: Your dreaming in Technicolour again, i'm just a stoned out activist. - Please let it be known that our Trustee(s) will make what i'm trying to ex'press', and make it letter perfect Now I'm the first to admit that absolutely no one can win this battle of prohibition and i keep kicking the can at every opportunity that i can and just like everyone else i get shot down by a top to bottom corrupt court system. I entered this fray when i knew the MMAR could be robbed, taken over, hijacked as long as we could offer something better, AND it all comes down to how many people call Our BC-MMAR Pier Trust better. Consent of the governed is the most powerful force devised by man, to effect a make-over without the use of physical might or economic force. It's in a legal document on Martin L King and Civil Disobedience written by a Trustee called Archibald Cox [1968] who then, used this document to impeached Nixon Watergate was just a smoke screen to hide this trust challenge - and this case file applies to our case. At the beginning i had little to no idea how big this is enterprise would be unfolding like it is. What's really different this time is THAT: in order to do this [by definition] i needed an accredited Trustee. A trust term for this is i'm: 'the creator who has engaged a Trustee, who is the debtor,' of our BC-MMAR Pure trust AND he actually would not take a dime from me if he thought my 'just cause' was not possible. He took my case because he sees that my end goal of triggering a make-over /Jubilee is possible. BECAUSE, when this man and his gang of Trustees put on their robes and their Staffs, means they are defending Our Quadra RUBRIC of serving the Creator [OPPT-UCC] and fix the wrong created when the Constitutional Rights of a people, who were robbed of the rights of being recognized as private individuals. This is so much bigger than just legalizing the medical use of a herb. The first step to full legalization comes by establishing Co-ops, and then later it becomes available at a liqueur store [for example] AND it all can happen because we can so we are creating a Pier Trust and a Pure Trust under first our Quadra Electoral District, then land these trusts on Turtle Island, which means that this 'get out jail free feelings' happens in the USA sometime this fall. AND it simply could not have happened without the HARPSTER leaving these 'dangling articles' [called the MMAR] up for grabs. When our Trustee puts on his robes, he/they actually can tell a Commissioner of the RCMP [for example] to stand-down and that's what happens. [for 21-days] These Trustees can tell any Supreme Court Judge to obey the law and they must stand-down, or forward it to a proper jurisdiction or comply [in 21-days] Wake up stand up the tables are turning [Bob Marley] for example - be inspired. The Lieutenant Governor has Officially engaged Her AG to act on our OPPT-UCC trust challenge. Without this letter, i probably would not have gotten this Trustee's attention, let alone engage him. It's literally impossible for me and our Trustee(s) to not be in a City of Vancouver Tax Court in October, because that's when our BC-MMAR squares off with the MMPR and a Death Canada trust violation. And the courts have to let us operate side by side till March, because that's what their trust says... Timing is everything, and we are about to start a process where these Trustees take the best and discard the rest. AND this happens after, in the background, while we all shop at the candy shop and we can play. WHAT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD: in this first line in the sand, we can only go the first baby step of clicking our 'heals' by regulating pot sales, then in due process there are 2 more lines in the sand, to get to Jubilee

These $420 donations [for example] are actually implied as being assigned donations that any EDA can dip into and donate to 9 trusting people, who can't afford the $42. to initiate being a trust donor. This Elections Canada receipt is actually your proof that you are under contract to pay your taxes into our trust BC-MMAR trust fund, and you are now your own Federal agent. There will be all kinds of other Federal Agencies opening under our Quadra EDA, each will come with its own mandate. Many will have their own assigned function in forming a comprehensive Pure trust archetypal platform. The most 'secure' way to send these funds is by Canada Post Moneygram because it proves your landed status, when you did this transaction, and Canada Post secures that you must get your receipt for your donation. Make the transaction payable to: Our Quadra EDA Pool, send us the Moneygram tracking number by email and you're Scot Free. This Quadra agent status enshrines our Charter Rights to have reasonable access to, and benefit from a safe and secure network of providers of our herbs. combine this with your City's right to collect a city tax means there's a Co-op dispensary coming to your town real soon.

[1st-FOR EXAMPLE] As a MMAR grower [or] a prenuptial MMPR grower, [or] Dispensary who are soon to become victim of the MMPR you need to first follow our GENERAL OFFER and the new Officers of a provincial Co-op need to be in our Quadra EDA agency called The Cannabis Cultural Guild, before entering into this really big Scot Free offer. All these provider agents are ready to form new agencies, in our Cannabis Cultural Guild - When any grow-op crosses over to Our Good Ship Lollipot, [for example] means you make a list of equipment that would be broken or confiscated by a swat team, and add it up, then add up all the dried ready for sale herbs and then estimate how much herb you have under the lights, in a third column; then [at retail value] add it up. - With a little trust magic dust, these new Co-op Officers will get a full tax credit on this total, by paying what amounts to about a 10% trust payment to our Quadra EDA, and eventually 40to60% of this 10% goes to your EDA pool and Co-op members trust fund pool, under ORR transfers, and as long as you don't break the rules of our BC-MMAR trust means you will be Scot Free for anything you did before you crossed the line, your new provincial Co-op inherits all this 'new' equipment for free and all the taxes are paid on all dry goods and everything that is under lights, are consigned to be paid for, once converted to fungible dry goods. - In the event that your new Co-op has too much inventory for your projected needs in the 1st crop, means you shut down your grow-show after cropping off what's in the 'field', until you can show a need to start growing more, in order to maintain continuity of supply to our new Co-op Dispensers.- In other words When you can reasonably project that you'll need to have a stable supply of fungible dry goods, in inventory, after this last crop is harvested, and dispensed thru properly registered provincial Co-op dispensaries, means this is when you can start taking clones out of the nursery, which means, you start your grow show back up, because there is a standing order for more. AND frankly that's what an agricultural Fiduciary is supposed to over, which is stability and a ways and means to connect a farmer with a dispenser, by offering security and in this way bring order to disorder. - As i see it: There will be new Co-op dispensaries popping up in your town because of our City tax offer. [2nd -FOR EXAMPLE] If you are a Rebel Grower and want to come clean and get out of the closet, [literally] means that until you are in our Cannabis Culture Guild, you have no defence for stopping the swat team from breaking all you equipment, and arresting you [for example] BUT if you have crossed the line before they come knocking at your door, it means if you can reasonably show that from the date you signed in, [your Post Office Moneygram receipt] that you stopped transferring clones from a nursery, will result in a situation where your grow show will not be taken down. It also means that your fungible inventory of dry goods that you were consigned to hold in trust, are not 'expanding' and or 'shrinking', because you cannot sell it until you have a Co-op to buy it. In other words it's like you're grow-show is in a 'penalty box' within the Cannabis Cultural Guild until you find a registered provincial Co-op to accept you as a on-going provider. Then you can start up again. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT: NO ONE AND NOBODY CAN SELL WITHOUT OUR LOGENICS PROGRAM PREAMBLE: When you subscribe to our Cannabis Cultural Guild means you can now be licensed to operate with our Logenics program. When you buy-in, you are actually covered by a Pier Trust and a Pure Trust. [that said] There is an immediate need to make a time sensitive offer to every existing quasi legal compassion club to apply for and get an EDA . As i see it that leaves about 200 EDAs up for grabs AND THIS MUST BE UNDERSTOOD: This is not a business, it's an Institution, This enterprise was formed by our Party Quadra EDA and when it is re-birthed as BC-MMAR trust means this political experiment became an Institution; it's not a franchise operation [for example] and we are not giving this Institution to be tortured by the bureaucratic wall in power. - Under a Fiduciary Trust, we must offer a reasonable ways and means of implementing this change.

[As i see it] Since there is simply not enough EDAs for every provincial Co-op venture means there is a need to have specific types of EDA that can attract like minded people to achieve a similar goal, and in this way not loose the 'grass roots movement' that made this all happen, AND i know that i'll find several societies that should be willing to set up /facilitate others in pursuing how they operate under their new EDA /Co-op venture. AND another big consideration is that we [Our BC-MMAR trust] cannot and do not want is to have 300+ political [not comprehensible] experiments happening because there are 300+ EDAs out there, that frankly we can't let people who would screw it up if they had the authority to start with no real plan that works in practice, and so on.

Given the cards we have, we are starting with this time sensitive offer of who can start right now in order to get our Logenics program licenses. And making an offer to the existing societies:
[1- FOR EXAMPLE] There are dispensaries /societies that have a network of small old-MMAR growers, who grew for themselves and sell the rest to just one club. There are 2 or 3 different archetypal platforms that will facilitate, this kind of Co-op venture AND the notion being presented is that these initial originating EDAs will be open to creating 2 places in their EDA for our Guild agents, which can create an agency that agrees to form a provincial Co-op over there in order to service that community. These 2 Officers are now at arms length and independent from the original EDA , yet held to a fiduciary trust to deliver a very similar structure as the originating EDA's have. In this way the new venture has some insight as to what works and more important what does not work in this kind of ways and means to provide a service in order to get a similar result as the originators venture, and in this way, the members win. The incentive for the originating EDA is he gets a 2%ORR from that dispensary [for example] [2-FOR EXAMPLE] There are dispensaries that simply don't grow and only buy from old-MMAR growers, and they are a completely different kind of society and again [without repeating most of [point 1] there will be 3 or 4 different archetypal platforms that arise from this [3-FOR EXAMPLE] There are dispensaries that are growing far more than the sell in house and that's because they have several legitimate old MMAR growers that sell the rest of their over production to other Dispensaries that have a Societies Act permit. And they are a completely different kind of society and again [without repeating most of [point 1] there will be 3 or 4 different archetypal platforms that arise from this; like [3-a] those who would never want to be anything but be a quiet wholesale supplier, who is left alone to his gardening. Frankly there are about 120 or so existing Society providers in Canada [to my knowledge] that could ask and get an EDA in their province in order to deliver our BC-MMAR trust with one of the examples platform as stated above, and we are actually holding an EDA close to you for that purpose. These 120 EDAs [or so] will actually be presenting about 10 different platforms that they can base their mission statement on and in this way attract, your Freedom of Expression guarantee to attract social and political participation and this extends to making a profit. NOW ON THE LIMITED TIME OFFER: Frankly we cannot dilly-dally around on this. The MMPR says they will start implementing on or by Oct 1st on their phase-3 plan of implementing their agenda. On the basic premise of [in fact, the Trustees cannot solicit but as Fiduciary i can] I simply cannot contact those who lay below the radar and refuse to 'wake up, stand-up for your rights'; if this offer does not attract you, then that's just the way it is. Frankly we are not drawing a line in the sand here, because you can just subscribe to any EDA that has a similar platform, and that's just the way it is - you had a chance that you did to take at the right time. We don't care if you did not hear it on the grapevine, THAT MEANS: A cut off date for any provincial Society Dispenser /grower, or any MMAR Grower has not subscribed 2 Officers to our Quadra EDA by Sept 30th, and forward a $3,000 for one time license fees for our Logenics program, will simply mean that any other Guild agents can /will seize any remaining EDAs on or after October 1st. I'm ready to go to court shortly after i get served my notice of 'are you prepared to pay your MMPR taxes or not' The HARPSTER is creating this line in the sand, that's just the way it is. To get a Logenics Program license, you must submit a [one-time-only] license fee of $3000. and then the average EDA /POS dispenser will need about $3-5k in computer hardware and basic supplies like new membership cards and the photo printer for it electronic scales and the label printer [for example] and a great reorder system A commercial grow op could spent $10 to 50K in bells and whistles [hardware] that our 'smarti-trax' offers but for a 2-4 lamp home grow [for example] this should be less about a $1K in hardware for a small grow. It's the bargain of the century: We are operating under a political party in order to attract you to an Institution. - The cost of this offer includes all the Fiduciary Trustee fees AND when you look at your options Why not? It's a Millennium Trust offer that comes down to 'Do you want to serve the Sovereign or serve the Creator'
