Vehicle Washing

Wash water Propane Potential for Release of unburned fuel during the fill when valve is bled to release the pressure.

Potential for groundwater/soil contamination

Terminals with was facilities conduct tractor washing in covered bays. The majorityof washwater is recycled and resued. Nonrecycled wash water passed through and oil/water seperator and dratins into the sanitary sewer system by permit. Drains are inspected following washing activities and kept free of debris.

Significance Evaluation Criteria A score of 50 or higher is considered for significance Probability (The likelihood and impact will occur) 1= Improbable 2= Remote (slight possibility of occurrence) 3= Moderate (50/50 chance of occurrence) 4= Probably will occur (difficult to predict when) 5= Very likely to occur

Severity Degree of impact 1= Insignificant little impact 2= Slight (some on-site impact) 3= Significant (no off-site impact 4= Substantial (some impacts off-site and some onsite impacts. 5= Catastrophic (severe impacts on and off-site

Regulated 1= not regulated 2= Voluntary 3= Company Policy 4= Potential to become regulated 5= Regulated

Potential for criminals to use common carriers for purpose of shipping narcotics.

Employee Security training presents a profile of this situation - Employees are training on certain "triggers" which will result in notifying security. Drivers making cash collections over a certain amount are trained to call dispatch for instructions. Drivers will convert cash enroute or runner will pick up cash
