Randle is the founder of Randle Communications and has served on the Board since 2012. He is one of Californias leading political, communications and grassroots strategists. "Few people understand California politics like Jeff Randle, and I know under his leadership, California Trailblazers will increase the number of Republicans serving in the state legislature, Assembly Republican Leader Connie Conway said. Jeff has more than two decades of political, business and campaign experience, and remarkable discipline and focus. Randle will ensure that we are preparing a dynamic and diverse team of candidates to run, win and lead. Jeff understands the changing demographic of California and is committed to recruiting and training candidates that reflect the diversity of California. Jeff Randle is President and CEO of Randle Communications, the largest locally owned public relations firm in Sacramento, according to the Sacramento Business Journal. Randle most recently served as Chairman of the California Delegation to the Republican National Convention and Senior Advisor to Governor Mitt Romneys Presidential campaign in California. He also served as senior advisor to Meg Whitmans gubernatorial campaign. Randle served as political advisor to former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger from 2002 to 2006, including Californias historic 2003 Recall Election and the 2006 reelection campaign. Randle also served former Governor Pete Wilson from 1986 through all his winning statewide elections in 1988, 1990 and 1994. Randle served in the Governors Office as Deputy Chief of Staff responsible for external affairs and grassroots communications from 1990-1998. Its an honor to lead this important effort to recruit and train Republicans who reflect Californias diversity, Randle said. I look forward to working directly with the Board, legislative leaders, Congressman McCarthy, CEO Jessica Patterson and our candidates to elect a new generation of Republicans who have the skills and vision to get California back on the right track. Randle will work directly with Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff, Assembly Republican Leader Connie Conway and California Trailblazers CEO Jessica Patterson to recruit and train Californias future Republican leaders. Our party must do a much better job of appealing to diverse communities, while also appealing to the next generation of young voters, Randle concluded. # # #
