4. Specification of control Panel(with Kaixun controller) The control panel is ATS control panel, with the display of voltage,current, frequency, water temperature, oil pressure. The genset with low oil pressurehigh water temperatureover speed over load protection function. The features of Kaixun controller: Kaixun controller is a new generation Automatic control module for single Genset, which adopts brannew outline configuration, focus on the requirements of customers, and perfectly improves the performance of controller. It fully meets the auto control requirements of different kinds of Genset for user or special assembly factory. True RMS measure of voltage and current. Multi-Language menu. 128 x 64 pixel LCD display. 4 analog inputs for kinds of optional sensors that can be used for measuring oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level and so on; parameters can be configured by user. More outputs of configurable auxiliary control relays. More configurable isolated digital inputs. Buttons on control panel are used for selecting control modes, starting and stopping the operating procedure, displaying data and modifying the parameters. LED indicators are used for indicating the operation mode of controller and the running status of Genset, and LCD displays each measuring parameter and status. Flexible equipped with RS485, RS232 and USB, realizing remote monitor; or communicated with PC, fully realizing functions of remote signaling, telemetering and remote control, can read and set the running parameters of controller. With GPRS-DTU or Ethernet-DTU for remote communication instead of RS485, RS232, or USB port for remote communication. Optional CANbus, read and control the parameters for ECU engine. All connections of the controller are by secure plug and socket, for ease and convenience to connect, move, maintain and replace the device. The features of ATS:

Under Automatic model: When main power off suddenly,the gensets can get one signal to start automaticly (maybe relay 0-30s,which is also adjustable). Then, when gensets run for a while until reach to normal speed and voltage, it can be put into use formally to grasp the task to output electricity . By the way, the automatic start system have 3 chance to starting, if failed 3 times, gensets will stop the operation,and be self lock and show sound and light signal at sam time; When main power comes again, the gensets will also get signal from ATS, and will turn to running no-load and will stop after 3 minutes, this condition can also be carried out by human manual. After that, gensets system will prepare for next start condition. System also can use under manual. Pls check the following picture (ATS control panel):

5. The features of silent canopy: Silent diesel generator set combined adopt foreign technology and meticulous design; advanced design, varies kind. Here are some features as follows, Special and simple apperance design, obey the ruel of gas flow inside the silent box , ensure the smooth heat exhausting , support a nice surrounding for gensets running. The structure is compact, and can be removable. For the silent box material, we choose 2MM cold-rolled steel plate. You can find the door was sealed well, and 5CM high performance sound-absorbing cotton. Besides, we choose special car paint,with antirust and waterproof funtion. inside the box using large mufflers, and equipped with large-capacity base fuel tank, in the left and right side, there are two door for maintenance, in the front box, it has viewing windows and emergency stop button. Noise level, less than 70db at 7 meters.
