Snack food, fast food, take away or mobile catering concepts are becoming increasingly popular with consumers. This phenomenon heralds a profound social change in people's eating habits and a major structural change in the organization of the market...
Many factors explain the significant progress made by these new types of eating habit. Faced with increasingly complicated time management demands, consumers are seeking fast food formulas that meet their nutritional needs while not impacting on their activity. They are also looking for mobile consumption methods that are cheaper than eating sitting down. This change has driven a major modification of meal times and formats. Nearly a quarter of outside-the-home consumption takes place in the morning (excluding breakfast) or in the afternoon

Smart packages bring out that the quality of the product . Texture, Taste, Hygiene, Aroma. Branding and labelling have the most impact on consumers. nanotechnology supply benefits in food safety, storage, packing and nourishment.

Green Packaging Biodegradable bioplastics, usually made from plant-based materials, have become a big research focus for nanotechnology these days. Conservation of Monitoring and Quality can be well controlled through standardising and processing .
MAST BIRYANI proposed project shall have High Quality, Hygienic, Authentic and Affordable food available to all the community and people in and around Bangalore , easily accessible , Standardised Kiosks of Biryani rice, in a fully packed , hot container , easy to carry , affordable , with grand mother s authentic taste . And also 100 sq ft stores/ shops too for the customers to dine in our premises too , to bring in the convienience to enjoy the food. MAST BIRYANI has its own Centralised Kitchen ,of the capacity of1000 to 2000 packets of Fresh and tender Halal chicken used to prepare , with added spices of all grand mother s authentic Biryani , with 30 to 40 years experienced cooks . MAST BIRYANI , only caters Chicken Biryani s of 6 varieties alone exclusive, where it has the side dishes which consists of MEETHA ( Sweet ) , BAIGAN SALAN ( Bringal Soup), RAITHA ( Curds Salad). Which compliments Biryani well.

COMPETITION AND OPPORTUNITIES :-

Presently there are many road side vendors catering unhygienic Biryani . However Ammi s Biryani falls in our section ,and also few of Non vegetarian restaurants play a role in

competing. But as we are exclusive into Chicken Biryani , QSR s , easy access and taste and Branding, will definitely gain the interest from customers . Mast, will cater and satisfies all the needs of the customers to leave a mark on field.

EMPLOYMENT GENERATION:-

The increase in the number of consumers twinned with the introduction of organized sector has brought numerous corporate investments in retail sector. As economic growth on a massive scale is offered by the Indian QSR Industry, equally in the national and international market which in turn will generate a huge source of employment and a variety of options for the consumers.

CAPITAL INPUTS: Land and Building The Total Land is required for the Centralised Kitchen is about 1000 Sq ft,and about 100 Sq Ft for MAST Stores/ Shops . 30 sq ft for MAST Kiosks models in front of malls or retail areas. Necessary back end work under progress, R and D under process. Building deposit for Centralised Kitchen:- 1,25,000/Building deposit or Shops 100 sq ft:2,00,000/- (for 2 outlets)

The project is promoted by the following two promoters: Sapna C and MKHH Jeelani.

(1) MKHH Jeelani (Jil): An Alumnus, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), has a total industry experience of 20+ yrs.

A Summary of his Career is mentioned below: 2011 till date.. Chairman & Director, Namaste Enterprises Private Limited, Bangalore. He leads and is a motivational force behind Namaste team. He is involved in conceptualizing, design, procurement, vendor management and execution of Namaste Whitefield. His job involves,

Branding, Strategy, Standardization of Namaste Brand, Document Processes and Best Practices, Plan expansion, Franchising, Support on Forecasting, Positioning of the Brand / Hotel and take it to different multiple higher levels. Over 2 Decades he has worked with various organisations in different capacities from Executive Level to the CEO levels with organisations like Way2Wealth - Coffee Day Group, Times Group, MMIT(MRF Tyres Group), GlobalEdge, Kyocera Wireless-Mindtree, TWI,Detroit USA etc.. Has managed resources, participated and lead projects spread over India, USA, Europe and Australia. PG in montessorie form Indian Institute of Montessorie ( Banaswadi ) , scored distinction marks. Management Programme in IIMB for women Entrepreneurs . An Alumnus, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).

A Summary of her experience is listed below:

2012 till date.. Director, Mast Enterprises, Bangalore. Presently, completely full-time involved in conceptualizing, planning, procurement, execution of Mast Project. 2011 2012:- Vendor Management , for Namaste Enterprises , done all the survey on vendor management and documentations for upcoming Hotel Namaste in Whitefield, gaining all the necessary back end home works. 2005 2006:- Worked at Sankalpa montessorie school as teacher . 2000- 2010 Store manager, Occasions Greetings and Gifts Showroom, Basaveshnagar, Bangalore. As Store manager, managed the sales , staff, expenses, inventory management.. Occasions was a very unique customer experience and a very famous landmark for gifts n greetings in and around Basaveshnagar with a huge customer base. Had approximately 5000+ gift items on display at very good competitive price, value for money concept. 1992- 2000 Worked as a Retail store manager for Oil shop in Bellary . Nature of work included Sales, accounts, stock management , soft skills, customer friendly .Gained experience in Business.
