Welcome Church, Welcome all to Down South Gospel. If you missed last Sunday you missed a brilliant word form Elke on being real about what you are going through, sharing your disappointments of life bravely and pushing through. Also a great and fun time (although a few tears) at Noel and Steph's send off) at the Old Broadwater Farm. God is faithful to accomplish all that He purposes. Some people see the chill of winter while others see ski fields. God sees us where we are at. He draws us to His light ..the light of Jesus shed for us to enjoy and live in. Jesus seeks a closer and more intimate life with us. He seeks to bless us. God's plan for DSG is to protect and stay it, to bring it into a new season of growth and challenge and maturing...and for your life his plan is the same..... What a fantastic day last Sunday out at Broadwater Farm! I know Noel and Steph both felt so loved and send a warm thank you for a special afternoon. Well done everyone.

We now have a Facebook page, so if you are into FB, look up 'Down South Gospel'. It should be another great way to let you know what's happening and have a bit of fun as well.

There a few left over plates and trays from the Karas farewell. See Kath Bailey for oven tray and a serving tray and the church office for 2 large white serving dishes.

Congrats to Pania who has received a Netball scholarship to her new school

Parents with babies and toddlers are welcome to go upstairs and join the Kidzone crew if they become unsettled. An area for the little ones will be set aside for them to play. The children must have a parent with them however as the Kidzone teachers have their hands full.
