Making Up
Cut out two circles in the grey felt, a little bigger
than the eye whites. Cut the circles a little bit so
they now look like moon crescent shaped, this is
so they fit around the safety eyes. Sew the felt
down using grey cotton. Now sew on the white
eyes you attached earlier around the edges onto
the body. Using pins position the eyebrows at a
slight angle just a little over the top of the whites
of the eyes and sew them on around the edges,
make sure you dont sew down the left and right
side of the eyebrows so they stick out. Firmly stuff
the beak and sew onto the body directly under
the middle of both eye whites. Position the belly
under the beak, secure it with pins to keep its
position and sew it around the edge onto the
body. Stuff the head feather and sew it on the top
centre of the head. Sew the head marking onto
the top of the head just above the eyebrows and
in the centre.
