S.W) Department, Dated:22.03.2012. **** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, AP Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director, Backward Classes Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad for balance amount of Rs.5,63,57,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Sixty Three Lakhs and Fifty Seven Thousand Only) towards payment of outstanding dues to be paid to National Backward Classes Finance Development Corporation as on 31.12.2011 by AP Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders under the Head of Account as detailed below :
