Lisa after completing her MBA from the Harvard Business School was having two opportunities to choose between. One was as a Director of Marketing at Right-away where she did her summer internship also and another one was Assistant product manager at Houseworlds Home care division. Right-away was a small company and she thought that the job at Right-Away will make her to take the lots of marketing responsibilities, that too on the basis of experience of summer internship only and at Home care division she will get the training for marketing in structured company. So she chose

to work for Houseworlds Home care division. Additional to this, Lisa Benton was attracted towards the
faster career growth at Households Home care division.
