UCSF Campus Community Center San Francisco, California

This 120,000 four-story multi-use building will serve as the cultural hub at
the new Mission Bay Campus. This multi purpose building includes: 400-
person banquet room; kitchen, 600 seat auditorium, 32-person video
conference room, library, game room, music rooms, food court, pub,
outdoor and indoor swimming pools, building support operations and
services and offices. NBA provided complete HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire
Protection design.

CSU Dominguez Hills Dominguez Hills, California

Redesign of the entire existing heating ventilation and air conditioning
system for the 100,000 SF Field House building. The project included some
partition relocation and change of use. Provided construction documents to
replace several hot water boilers to low NOx type to meet South Coast Air
Quality Management District requirements.

UCLA Library Los Angeles, California

Boiler modifications and replacement for library building to meet South
Coast Air Quality Management District requirements for NOx and CO. The
boilers were state of the art with the highest efficiency for energy
conservation purposes

CSU San Marcos San Marcos, California

Provided central plant expansion and thermal energy storage, and electrical
design. NBA provided construction administration and as-built drawings for
this project.

CSU Hayward Modular Boiler System Hayward, California

This project consisted of replacing steam central plant for the entire campus
with modular boiler system for eleven (11) buildings, including a
gymnasium, student activities center, and the science and administration
building on campus. The main gas piping system that served these
buildings was modified and additions were made to it. In each building, NBA
replaced the steam hot water heat exchangers and interfaced them with the
existing systems.

California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, California

Utilities master planning for the entire 400,000 SF campus which led to the
design for replacement of heating and domestic hot water systems for 15
buildings. The design project consisted of interfacing and expanding the
campus hot water supply and return loops.

CSU Fullerton Fullerton, California

NBA Engineering Inc. provided complete design for the central heating and
cooling plant on campus. NBA also provided thermal energy storage,
electrical and HVAC design for Visual Art gallery.

U.C. San Diego San Diego, California

Provided central utilities plant comprehensive plan. NBA provided complete
electrical power and control systems for all the buildings.

City College of San Francisco Math Building San Francisco, California

Provided construction documents for mechanical and electrical systems for
the math building. Also provided plumbing design for two remote men's and
women's bathrooms and janitor closet.
