Responsible for the commercial and imaging (audio image) production of the radio station. Worked with sales staff and programming department to achieve the re-imaging of TIC-FM to a Hot-AC format, targeting an older female ages 25-54 from a Top-40 format targeting a female ages 18-49. Worked with sales department to strengthen their tools to close more business and increase the stations revenue. Principal Achievements: Taught radio staff MTU Digital Editing System (computer program used to create commercials). Edited and mastered the best of CDs for Kelly & Kline volumes 1 and 2, putting all the elements together and mastering the project for distribution.
