Abstract
Several information processing phases in human brain have been proposed in this paper, combined with the obtained theories of
information processing and construction, in which cognitive equations are applied to adult learning with the purpose of the theory
constriction exclusive for adult. Then methods for adult learning in different age have been developed based on the cognitive
characteristics of adult induced from the numerical solution of the cognitive equations. The adult learning theory developed in this
paper can be possible solution to the development, education of adult, further to accelerate the development of lifelong education.
