Abstract
This text analyses the modern rural logistics and the efficient integration of the capital flows in the development form of modern rural
logistics finance on the perspective of modern rural logistics, adding the current situation of modern rural logistics finance, in
addition, the improvement measures has been proposed in this paper based on rural financial organizations and the rural financial
existing mode. accompanied with the innovation on the modern rural logistics financial organizations; modern rural logistics and
financial integration model innovation, which involves various financial instruments and the operation of the interest rate mechanism
and establishment of science, technology and cultural management system as well as vigorously development modern rural logistics
"FTW" mode , etc.
