Month One
Faith &Action
Faith which is described in the Quran holy book of Islam as
“Iman” consists in believing that Allah alone is worthy of
worship. Action described in Arabic by the word ‘Amal’ is the
manifestation in actuality how for we are true servants of god.
As actions need rules and regulations according to which we
organize our individual and social behavior ‘Amal’ as the
system and structure has following implications:
Man is accountable to Allah for all that he does. Allah will
judge him on the last Day of Judgment and send him either to
heaven a stage of existence which leads to further blessings, or
to hell, stage of suffering and punishment.
(1) This implies that man’s life does noted with his death in this
world he has life after death
(2) Therefore all human action should be organized in such a
manner that he may not suffer in life after death.
(3) This organization of action in this world implies the
organization of all facts of human existence, individual and
collective, hence educational, economic, political and social.
The act of prophet (PBUH) provides the guidelines, the
rules of external conduct.
(4) This means man is free in his will, choices and action.
Man is best creation. A man can be anything but he should
know that he is not everything. He can achieve everything
through struggle and belief in himself; he should know that
nothing impossible in this world. Man should have strong faith
in God. He should know that
(1) True existence is that of Allah alone, man and the entire
creation exist only because Allah’s will them to exist. Islam
is a religion without any mythology. Its teachings are
simple and intelligible. It is free from superstitious and
irrational beliefs.
(2) As there cannot be two sources of creation, as Allah alone
is the creator , everything come from him and goes bad to
him; hence the entire creation including man is the
manifestation of Allah power and gory and hence of his
qualities and attributes.
(3) The relation between man and Allah is that of a servant and
the master. As man owes his very existence to Allah to
worship anything else is to commit the gravest of sins.
(4) To administer justice to one’s own self
(5) God is everywhere every time with you so you can any time
has a contact with him.
(6) God gives the man wisdom energy, his blessing and
everything that he desired so he should have a belief in his
God he should know the purpose of life that why he sent by
the god on this earth.

LIVING POSITIVELY
“Because Allah will never change the
grace which he hath bestowed on a
people until thy change what is in their
(own) souls: and verily Allah is he who
hearth and knoweth”.
(8:53)
Life is a greatest blessing of God and very precious Man is
according to his thoughts. If a person is doing well, he is
responsible and loving and faithful than it is due to his good
thoughts. On other hand if he is doing bad then it is also due to
his thoughts. Thoughts make any person’s life. Thoughts
should be positive. So, man should clear his heart and mind
from all the fears, worries and regrets. Man can commit
mistake but only way is to accept the mistake with genuine
commitment not to repeat this action. Man should empty his
mind of all negative thoughts. Negative thoughts can kill more
than 90% of cardiac patients are negative thinkers. Man should
face the circumstances with courage. Man is immortal but has
a desire for longer life for these fears of death remember that
everyone has a time limit bestowed by god. No one can die
before his specific time. Man has also desire to get more and
more luxuries of life. God has some income limits for
everyone. A man should work hard to get it.
Every event and circumstances occur but with both positive as
well as negative aspects. But man should always look at the
positive first. God has designed human body systematically.
Every part of this system does according to instructions given.
Mind is the driver of human body which controls all the
actions. But mind is controlled by heart like computer our
mind is a storage place (hard disc) we can store every thing we
want by watching, listening and saying but we should store only
positive and powerful thoughts. Avoid doing, saying, listening
or watching anything you don’t like to store systematically we
have to arrange our thoughts by replacing negative thought by
positive ones. Even the pessimistic words like “I am angry” or
“I am dying”.
Life has both success and failures. Every effort gives the
man one of the outputs. Failures are always temporary. If
failure happens than it is because of deficiency or require some
more struggle. Man can change his fate only by struggle we
should analyze out setbacks try to find out the cases for our
failures and try to organize ourselves for future. Even
expressing negative words use less negative or neutral word.
And expressing positive words. Use big big words. Islam
preaches us to living positively, and interacting kindly with
others. As a man should set a target of his life and recall that
thoughts whenever have low or require motivation. And before
initiating the work towards target, it should be started be started
as it has been done already and this habit is noticed before any
task.

MASTERING SELF:
Humans do not need to be control, they can control themselves.
Take charge of your own emotions and actions because men
have no control over feeling but can control our emotions and
resulting actions. If someone can make you do, say or feel
something that is a sign of lost self control. Self control and a
power you have power full, if you can control your emotions.
Human being is only the creature that has a tremendous ability
to adjust any environment. Even our body adjusts quickly to
every temperature, food, etc. all the barriers to your growth are
self posed. Come out of these barriers and trained your body
and mind for superb performance, by setting high challenges,
every day. It is God who has subjected the sea to you that ships
may sail through it by his command. That ye may seek of his
bounty and that ye may be grateful.
Without patience and self control, you can never reach
goodness. No one will be granted such goodness except those
who exercise patience and self restraint, none but person of
greatest good fortune.
Month Six
In this month the writer also describes that you must take care
of your body. If you are healthy and free from every disease
then you will find himself in good way and you will do more
and more work without any problem. And a person having a
disease his performance will degrade. He will unable to give
100% response.
The human body contains 70% water inside. You must have to
use 12 glass of water daily for good health as well as good
performance.
Always try to eat less then your felling of hunger. Always try to
keep empty some part of your stomach for good health.

DAY OF JUDGEMENT
There is death for every living being. It is a statement we have
hared a number of times and it is true. This life we are spending
is a time limit and in this time limit we are facing a test. It is
mentioned by God that He tests the people to check that which
people are the truly followers of Islam, who spent his/her life
under His instructions, who helped the orphans, poor, and such
other responsibilities.
We are ordered to take care of people in environment. We are
ordered to take care of our neighbor and it is said that any
function in our house would not disturb others. In this respect
Islam has given a very great place to parents. It is forbidden that
even don’t say a little word to parents. In the Holly Quran, God
has mentioned the respect and the place of parents. God has
described the greatness of parents after his greatness. We are
forbidden in clear words; don’t behave the parents in an ill
manner.

Restoring Peace
Narrated Abu Huraira, Allah’s
Messenger
(May peace be upon him) said,
“Allah says:’……….if he remembers Me
in a group of people I remember him in a group
that is better than them; and if he comes one span
nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him;
And if he comes one cubit nearer to Me,
I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him;
And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running’.
(Bukhariy, Muslim)
Islam is the religion of peace and harmony. It allows
establishing peace by individual satisfaction and justice for all
irrespective of cast, status differences, region and religion.
In this chapter the writer tells us about the golden rules
presented by Quran and Sunnah for living a peaceful and
successful life.
The first thing to realize in this context is that we are the
vicegerents of Allah on this earth, so it is his responsibility to
establish peace in the world. Man the most powerful creature on
earth has been bestowed by Almighty Allah with the ability to
think, understand and take action according to situation to
develop and establish the principals of Islam to create a
harmony and peace in the world.
Now the question is how one can remain peaceful and be
successful as well, since only a contented man can spread peace
and success in the world.
We should be thankful to Allah that he has guided us and shown
us the path of success and peace in His book Holy Quran.
Quran is the complete code of life and it is the promise of
Almighty Allah that he will grant peace and success to those
who follow its teachings. Allah has made some rules and
regulations for us and He has mentioned them in his book and
also put a practical example of it in front of us in the life of
Holy Prophet (PBUH). Now the only thing we need to do is to
follow these teachings. The writer conveys the same message in
the form of a quote as, “How can one imagine spending the life
successfully without learning and following the guidelines
prescribed by our engineer and creator, Remember God wants
us to be successful.”
