KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA23RDSEPTEMBER, 2013 On behalf of the Government and the people of Kenya and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey to your majesty, the Government and the people of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, my heartfelt congratulations as you commemorate the Kingdoms National Day. On this important occasion when you mark the birth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I wish to reiterate my Governments commitment to further consolidate the warm bonds of friendship between our two countries. I would like to assure your majesty that Kenya is desirous of expanding our bilateral cooperation in all fields of human endeavour, particularly in labour, agriculture, investment and trade. The people of Kenya highly appreciate the humanitarian assistance extended to our country at times of great need. Of special mention is education scholarships, your kingdom has been offering to Kenyan students and the many projects funded by the Saudi Fund for Economic Development. Kenya looks forward to continued collaboration with Saudi Arabia in combating transnational organized crime, increased transfer of technology and attainment of millennium development goals. As you mark the auspicious occasion, I would like to assure your majesty of my personal commitment to strengthen the excellent relations between our two countries for the mutual benefit of our two peoples. I wish your majesty good health, long life and prosperity for the people of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
