Professional Experience AL ZAMIL HEAVY INDUSTRIES (JEDDEH)

Working as a QAQC MECHANICAL INSPECTOR / ENGINEER in AL ZAMIL HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD Jeddah to till Date. Major Responsibilities. As a QA/QC Mechanical Welding Inspector / Engineer inspect all Mechanical and Welding activities of Pressure Vessel and storage tank fabrication according to ASME Section VIII Div 1 and ASME Section IX. Inspection of surface preparation, blasting, Final DFT and monitoring of paint application. Witness welding procedure qualification test (PQR) And Review the Test Result. Witness the Pressure Testing Like: Air leak testing, Hydro testing and coordinate to Client for final inspections. Identifying the non-conformances, addressing in Non-conformance report (NCR) and resolving them with proper corrective & preventive actions. Maintain the NCR log book and follow-up to close NCR's. Monitor and Advice the workshop and jobsite related to welding, NDE,PWHT, PMI, Hardness Testing and Material control and traceability for structural vessel, piping welding

repairs, electrodes and consumables and other welding processes as required. Develop and implement work instruction s for part fit-up, tack weld and repair requirements. Prepares inspection report, maintains records of inspections, and continuously informs others on inspection result. Review of radiographic films for PQR and WQT, Production testing and RT production result on project. Witness DPT, MPI, PWHT, PMI and Hardness testing and evaluation of Results. Arrange/Provide orientation to the mechanical crafts (Welders and fabricators) for pipe fitting and welding standards, codes etc. to have a close awareness among the welding system requirements. Conducting regular QC Toolbox talk among the workers at workshop and jobsite to discuss Non-Conformance, Corrective Action and Good workmanship and Specifications, Controlling the flow of inspection as per the ITP and generate NCR if required, Weekly preparation and submission of QC Report to the QC Manger. Working as a QC Welding Inspector in SAUDI ARAMCO Karan Gas Facilities from 30-09-2010 to 24-03-2011. Working as a QC Welding Inspector in Bulk Liquid Chemical Terminal EPC Project In JUBAIL commercial port (Al JUBAIL). Major Responsibilities. Inspection of piping as per ITP.
