RENOVATING WINDOWS
The renovating window PVC profile is so designed that it can be installed on old wooden window frames. This solution is typically used in historic buildings and in every other case where avoiding damage to the building faade is of prime importance. If installed on the old window, the previous sashes must be removed together with hinges and other hardware components that could hinder the installation of a new window. The renovating window frame is applied onto the old wooden frame in such a way that the extended sealing strip is on the inner side of the room. A masking profile is fitted outside, selected mainly to match the thickness of the wooden frame on which a new frame is mounted and the method of installation. The renovating window frame is combined with a normal KBE Modern and Modern + window sash. The following windows can be fitted using the renovating window frame: fixed sash, single sash, multiple sash with floating mullion and multiple sash with fixed mechanically mounted mullion. We can also produce a low aluminium threshold porch with double-sided handle.

Air - valves Highest quality air-valves vents are used to provide adequate air ventilation when the windows are tightly closed. Humidity controlled air-valves - an automatically controlled device with a sensor (polyamide strip), which detects relative humidity fluctuations in the room and opens or closes the vent. Relative humidity, among others, depends on the level of air pollution resulting from breathing, sweating, washing, cooking, drying, etc. The higher the relative humidity, the wider is the air-valve opening and a greater intake of air into the room. Air-valves react to changes in relative humidity from 30 to 70%. A properly operating air-valve provides a specified minimum air flow for relative humidity up to 30%. In the 30-70% range, air flow is steadily increasing, and above 70%, the maximum air flow is reached for the product. Humidity controlled air-valves do not require any user maintenance, however in most cases they can be locked at the minimum air flow position.

The hardware presses the sash tightly to the frame so that the window is tight and protects against water and wind.

Roto NT - tilt, open and close: Tilt and turn windows are the most widespread in Europe. Using the tilt and turn technique the window sashes can be opened and closed effortlessly with just one handle. One of the most popular tilt and turn systems worldwide is the Roto NT brand.

Anti-mishandling device - the integration of anti-mishandling lock and sash lift in one device. The integrated sash lift enables sliding of the sash onto the frame always at the same level, which prevents the sash from dropping on the handle side. Anti-mishandling device lock prevents incorrect window operation. All this guarantees the safety of use and hardware durability. Multi-step tilt at the espagnolette is one of a series of features that allow the window to be set in the desired ventilation position (up to 3 positions). It is sufficient to properly fit an element on the adapted espagnolette, which will lock one of the ventilation settings in the tilted sash in the correct handle position (approximately 25 from the vertical position). Multi-step tilt is extremely simple and easy to install, and therefore a relatively inexpensive solution.

Pull handle and latch for the French patio doors makes it possible to close the door securely when going outside. Gently push the door inward to return indoor from the patio or porch. While relaxing on the patio you do not expose the apartment to draft and pounding on the door frame - that's the power of smart design. Handle-controlled brake: Open window sash can be securely locked into the desired position with one hand, by turning the handle 45 downward. Elegance and Security RotoLine Secustik handle RotoLine Secustik is a handle, which prevents intrusion into your home and meets the requirements of RAL-RG 607/13. No additional security features are visible on the window as all components are integrated in the RotoLine Secustik handle. While turning the handle, clicking noises indicate that self-locking mechanism switches into one of the locking positions. If there is an attempt to break in, the security pins lock inside the handle and prevent turning it from outside. Thanks to this, the handle prevents the fittings from sliding around the perimeter of the sash when trying to pry the window from the outside and effectively prevents the intruders from breaking into your home. The RotoLine Secustik handle can be used for patio doors and windows made from wood, PVC and aluminium.
