In the short time that Capstone has been in existence it has established a reputation for quality in both Vietnam and the United States. The company vision is to become the leading human resource development company in Viet Nam known for its innovative approach to education and training solutions and its superior service. And the company mission is: - To enable individuals to achieve their educational goals and career aspirations - To help institutions actualize their international education-related plans in Vietnam - To make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of individual, organizations and society The basic premise of the company is simple: commitment to excellence and superior service in all aspects of our work helps our clients reach new heights personalyy, academically and/or professionally. Capstone works exclusively with regionally accredited schools in the US and with officially accredited institutions in other countries. The company service is base on four parts: - Instituational services: Examoles of instituonal service include the following: Study USA community college and higher education (IEPs, four year schools and graduate programs) fairs in all three regions of Viet Nam, including free follow-up and advising (except visa counselling) to all

Since founded in Viet Nam, the number of staff of Capstone Viet Nam increased year by year, from more than 15 fulltime staffs at begining to more than 25 fulltime staff and more than 150 parttimes, student interns in 2013. In Capstone, the company has the special process of training and development. Most of the full time employee was form the part time or intern employee. The company will equip them the knoweledge, the skills and after the avarage period approximately 1 years the potencial employee will be promoted as key employee with really high benefit. However, in recent years, base on the collected document, the rate turnover in part time employee is more and more increased. The high turnover effects directly to the productivity of the company. High turnover can harm a business's ability to retain customers and provide high-quality customer service. Customers may feel more comfortable talking to the same

employees and customer service representatives over time. Personal relationships and familiarity can build customer loyalty. Small businesses are better positioned than large competitors to take advantage of this, but if workers are constantly leaving and being replaced by new ones, it may limit the ability of the business to form a strong rapport with customers. A 2008 study carried out by Zeynep Ton and Robert S. Huckman of the Harvard Business School on a major chain of retail bookstores found that higher employee turnover was associated with lower-quality customer service. Another problem the company face when the turnover is higher is the replacement cost. High rates of turnover lead to higher costs related to recruiting and training new employees to fit the position. It costs businesses money to hire human resource workers to interview and hire candidates and training new workers can be a costly process that diverts skilled workers from revenue-generating activities. So, in this study, we will try to figure out how to recude the turnover rate through the recruiment and selection activities of the company. Problem statement: How to improve recruitment and selection process to reduce staff turnover in Capstone Vietnam?
