Eligibility: Any person who is a senior in high school or younger. Entry Fees: Paintings, photography and sculptures may be entered for a non-refundable fee of $2.00 per item. An artist may enter 2 items. Requirements: Original works only, no prints. All oils, acrylic and egg tempera must have flexible wire and screw eyes (no saw tooth hangers), framing is desirable but not required. All photography, watercolor, pastel, acrylic used as watercolor, casein, pen and ink, charcoal and pencil must be matted, framing under glass is desirable, but not required. All paintings must be provided with sturdy screw eyes and flexible wire. No saw-tooth hangers permitted. Maximum Size: No work will be accepted with a size of more than 1,080 square inches (30x36) excluding margin, frame or mat. Deadline: Art must be delivered to the Donley County Activity Center on the afternoons of Sunday, October 20th and Monday, October 21st between 2:00 p. m. and 5:00 p. m. (CST) with entry fees and labels. Removal of Art: No art may be removed from the gallery before closing the festival at 4:00 p. m. (CST) on Sunday, October 27th. Art must be picked up no later than 5:00 p. m. (CST) Awards: Peoples Choice Award will be awarded to one artist by secret ballot; in the event of a tie a panel of three jurors will make a final decision. First, second and third place ribbons will be awarded to the following age groups: Age 5 and under Grade 1 Grade 3 Grade 4 Grade 5 Grade 6 Grade8 Grade 9 Grade 12
