Product Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our atmospheric pure water dispenser. It is an advanced drinking equipment for household and public, especially suitable for coastal areas, islands and ships etc. It has adopted the most advanced technology which integrates water generation, water purification and normal water dispenser functions, with compact structure, reasonable design, simple operation, and friendly operation. This machine is controlled by micro-computer system to ensure all parts working perfectly. With dry-burning proof function and filtration system protection function, the machine stops heating when water lever is low or working when failure occurs to the filtration system.

Its UV sterilization system ensures killing all the bacteria and animalcules in the water. Modularized filtration system makes it easy and convenient to replace the filter periodically.

Working Principle
It is a water dispenser which depends on humidity in the air to produce water. It requires a working condition with a humidity of 30%-95% and temperature between 20-43. Its optimum working environment is with a humidity of 70%-80% and a temperature of 24-29. When the humidity or the temperature is lower the production speed will be slower. We suggest you to measure the humidity and temperature of the room before installing this machine. As this machine depends on the humidity to make water, it works as a dehumidifying machine as well, so please do not use this machine in the room which has certain requirement for humidity percentage.

Installation and Operation

Installation Place the machine flatly on where with a suitable humidity; keep its back 20cm away from the wall and left and right side 80cm to ensure good ventilation.

Flushing Purifying System (Recommend) To improve the water taste of newly installed machine, we recommend you to flush the purifying system. If running water is available, you can flush the system by following steps: 1. The installation of water inlet valve and tee-joint: (as shown)

 Detach the water faucet. Connect the T-joint to the pipe. Then connect the water inlet valve and water faucet with T-joint.

2. The installation of water pipe: One end of water pipe connects to water inlet valve, and connect the other end to water inlet on machines back (Firstly, detach the clamp on water inlet, secondly, push the pawl; insert the water pipe and put the clamp back to its place.)

3. Connect short pipes to 4 waste water outlets on the back for waste water coming out. 4. Open the water inlet valve and waste water valve, let water plush the system for 30 to 40minutes. When there is no water source, please plush the system with water generated from the machine.

1. Turn on the machine till water can be poured out from hot/cold water outlet. 2. Connect short pipes to 4 waste water outlets on the back for waste water coming out till water is exhaust.

Operation Guidance 1. Please use the power supply with good earthing. 2. Please turn OFF the power switch on the back of machine before you insert the plug into the electricity sockets. 3. Turn ON the power switch on the back and you can hear a tip sound of Di when it is correctly connected. 4. Press the On/Off button in the front of machine then it starts to work. Icon

on the VFD display starts twinkling, meanwhile 2 lights row on the bottom of the water level icon as begin to twinkle too. After the machine working for a period of time

(for the first time, it might need 24hours, depends on the humidity. When 70%, it takes 10 hours to fulfill the tank) the water level display stops twinkling and all rows become bright, now you can press cold water button or hot water button. Only when water comes out normally from the faucets then you can press the heating or cooling buttons. 5. Steps to make hot water: press the heating button, the machine starts heating, then the icon starts twinkling. When the hot water temperature reaches 92, the stops twinkling too. When the hot water temperature

heating system stops and

falls to 87 the micro-computer controller restarts heating function. This machine has

the re-boiling function. When the heating system stops you can press the reboiling button, and it heats up the water within 3 minutes. When the water temperature rises to 95-97 it stops automatically. If you dont need hot water anymore, just press the heating button. 6. Steps to make cold water: press cooling button, the machine starts cooling and the icon twinkling, when the water temperature drops to 6 the cooling system stops twinkling. When the water rises to 10, micro-computer

stops working,

controller restarts cooling automatically. If you dont need cold water any more, just press the cooling button. 7. Drinking hot water: 7.1) The machine has a hot water safeguard. Press safeguard button first then press the hot water button within 3 seconds, hot water comes out. 7.2) Stop hot water coming out: just press either safeguard or hot water button. 8. Drinking cold water: press the cold water button the cold water will comes out. Press it again and it stops. 9. Theres an opening at the top of machine for pouring drinking water manually into the machine when the humidity is low or temperature is too high to produce water efficiently, or you can connect this machine to water source via water inlet on its back as 10 says. 10. Theres a water source inlet on the back of the machine, which can be connected directly to the drinking water pipe and it serves as a POU (Point-Of-Use) water dispenser. The installation please refers to step 1 & 2 of Flushing Purifying System above.

Introduction of Filters

1. PP fiber filter: Make from PP cotton with 5 micron aperture, it pretreats the tap water and removes the mud, rust, sand, suspension, gel, impurities and so on. It is with big filter area and filtering capacity, good effect and long useful life. 2. CTO filter: Remove the 98% harmful dissoluble heavy metal in the water, the rate of eliminating the free chlorine and three oxygen firedamp is 96%, prevent the production of mineral dirt and restrain breeding of bacteria and animalcule. The filter can remove the rudimental pesticide and chemical fertilizer and have the function of decoloration and removing odor. 3. UF Hollowed Fibred Film Ultra Filter: Adopting ultra filter with 0.01 micron aperture, withhold the suspension, gel, virus, bacteria and so on. After the filtering, the water is directly drinkable. 4. After-treatment Active Carbon: Remove the unusual color, odor, residual chlorine, virus, organics and chemical substances further, purify the water completely and improve the water quality, make water more safe and healthful.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the air filter mesh: depending on the air pollution situation, you should clean the filter mesh periodically. The water producing efficiency relates greatly with the permeability of filter net. We suggest you to clean it in every 15days. 2. Cleaning the new water tank: remove the below board behind machine, take it out

and clean it with a sponge.(monthly) 3. Filter replacing: A. PPF, active carbon filter: please turn off the power before you replace the filter. We suggest you replace the PPF filter every 6-8months B. CTO: active carbon filter: replace every 12-15months. C. UF: replace after 10,000L of water D. After-treatment Active Carbon: replace after 10,000L of water

Note: A. If 2 lights row on the bottom of the icon are twinkling, then the whole machine will stop working. Turn off the power supply, inspect the filter system. Only after replacing the filters or solving the breakdowns can the machine be restart. B. For filters replacing and any failure of the machine, please contact your retailer or after-sales services.

Safety Notice:
1. This Dispenser must use three-plug socket with earthing and power supply protector. 2. Keep it away from children. 3. Do not put inflammable articles close to the water dispenser and exterior of air water intaker. 4. Do not turn the water tap randomly, so as to prevent water leakage or failure of water supply. 5. Keep the exterior of Dispenser clean.

6. Disconnect power supply and drain the water if the dispenser is not used for a long time. 7. Disconnect power supply prior to the machine repair or maintenance. 8. The thermal preservation materials in the cold water tank are inflammable, which shall be kept away from fire. 9. Spare parts shall be replaced by the professionals. 10. This machine shall not be cleaned in water.

Simple Breakdown Fixing

1. The speed of production is too slow: a. Look into the VFD display to see whether the environmental humidity or temperature is in the normal range. b. Check whether there is dust on the air filter mesh. Clean it periodically. c. Be sure that there is enough space for three sides of machine. d. Check the power supply whether it is in normal range. 2. It is connected to the power but the machine does not work: a. Check the power switch on its back to see whether it is on. b. Check whether the on/off button on the front of the machine has been pressed 3. The whole machine doesnt run after running on. Check whether there is fault code or fault light show.

Check whether the ball cock in the water tank occur the malfunction. 5. Leak: Check whether the terminal of system pipeline become less crowded. 6. Its failed to heat. Check whether the power supply is normal or the plug is loose.
