ThepeopleofTheCityofDetroit,thetruecreditorsinthematterathand,haverequestedtheChairof SaintPeterinterveneontheirbehalftoofficiallyobjecttotheproceedingsandtocompelthereturnof thepropertytothePrincipleforadministrationinoriginaljurisdiction. ThecreditorsintheBankruptcyofTHECITYOFDETROITofficiallyobjecttotheeligibilityofTHECITYOF DETROITasadebtorforthefollowing: 1) The300yearoldCityofDetroitisfinanciallysolventastheinhabitantsthereofhavetheability topay,viasetoff,allobligationswhenproperlypresentedwithaBillasallaccountsarepre paid.ThelegalTHECITYOFDETROIThasfailedtotenderavalidBillcontainingasumcertain therebypreventingsatisfactionandaccordtofacilitatethecontinuedeconomicslaveryofthe peopleofTheCityofDetroit. 2) Thebankruptcypetitionisintentionallyconfusingandmisleadingfailingtostipulatethespecific meaningsofthewordsusedinthepetitionwhileemployingmultipleanddiabolicallyopposed meaningstothewordsinthebodyofthedocumentidentifyingtheinhabitantsascreditors andthendebtorswithaneedtobeprotectedfromthemselvesinbankruptcy. 3) Itislessthat80yearoldlegalfictionTHECITYOFDETROIT,adevicewhichhasbeen intentionallymismanagedbypoliticians,bureaucratsandconsultantswhosewordsmithingand slightofhandthathascasttheinhabitantsintoeconomicslavery,whichisintentionally insolvent.

Aswelookarounduswecanseethatmanagingtheeconomicemergencysince1933hasnot turnedoutsowellforthepeople.Theemergencymanagementbythepresentcivil administration,fundedbythegoodfaithandcreditofthepeoplehasdramaticallytarnishedthe creditandreputationofthepeopleasitconvertedthecreditors,wethepeople,intodebtors andreducedusinstatustothatofinsolventpaupershavingnorights. Managingtheemergencyhasgivenrisetoaperpetualemergencywithincreasinglymoredire consequencescastingusallintoinsolvency.Emergencymanagementbythepresentcivil administrationhasresultedinthecreditors,wethepeople,beingreducedtodebtorsand enemiesofthestateundertheTradingWithTheEnemyActunderwhichthepresentcivil administrationhaswagedwaragainstthepeople,thecreditors,fordecades.Thehavewagedan economicwaragainstthepeopleaswellasawaragainstcrime,waragainstdrugs,waragainst hinderandhomelessnessandawaragainstterrorismwhichhasresultedindramatically increasedcrime,increasedillicitdrugabuse,increasedhungerandhomelessnessandincreased terrorismandwar.
