IMServ's On-Going Commitment to Outstanding Customer Care is Recognised through Prestigious Customer Service Accreditation After rigorous assessment

The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) have awarded I MServ, the Uks leading independent, professional body for customer service, its p restigious SerivceMark accreditation. Milton Keynes, England, September 26, 2013 -- The Institute of Customer Service (ICS), the UKs leading independent, professional membership body for customer ser vice, has awarded IMServ with its prestigious ServiceMark accreditation. Valid for a period of three years, the award followed three rigorous stages of e valuation: employee satisfaction and engagement survey; customer satisfaction su rvey; and an independent assessment by a third party, all to ascertain whether I MServ was able to meet the appropriate levels of service required. Richard Hill, Head of Customer Services at IMServ, one of the UKs largest indepen dent energy data management provider explains: This accreditation recognises the on-going commitment to understand our customers needs and to continuously improve the service we provide.
